來海拉爾出差，選擇了離法院近的這家酒店，酒店住宿環境乾淨衞生，我平時喜歡鍛鍊，在這入住去了健身房，健身設施比較齊全，還有游泳池，挺方便的，遇到的工作人員都比較熱情，整體感覺不錯

環境：一進入酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格大氣而不失温馨，讓人頓感放鬆。
服務：服務方面，實在是令人滿意至極。從辦理入住開始，工作人員就以熱情友好的態度迎接我們，詳細地介紹酒店的各項設施以及温泉的開放時間、注意事項等。他們的熱情與耐心，讓初來乍到的我們很快消除了陌生感。在入住期間，無論何時遇到工作人員，他們都會微笑着打招呼，讓人如沐春風。而且，對於我們提出的各種需求，他們總是能迅速響應並盡力滿足，這種貼心的服務讓我們的整個旅程都充滿了温暖。
衞生：衞生狀況也值得稱讚。房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，無論是床鋪、地面還是衞生間，都沒有任何瑕疵。甚至連一些容易被忽略的死角都清理得非常乾淨，讓人住得十分安心。可以看出，酒店在衞生管理方面下足了功夫。
設施：設施方面，酒店可謂是比較齊全。房間內的佈置温馨舒適，各種日常用品一應俱全，為我們的生活提供了極大的便利。酒店還設有室外停車場，對於自駕的遊客來説非常方便。而最讓人期待的温泉設施更是讓人驚喜。家人玩的很開心。温泉區環境優美，水質清澈，温度適宜。在忙碌了一天後，泡在温暖的泉水中，感受着身心的放鬆，所有的疲憊都在這一刻煙消雲散。
總的來説，這次入住温泉酒店的體驗非常棒。優質的服務、良好的衞生狀況以及齊全的設施，讓我對這家酒店留下了深刻的印象。我一定會把這家酒店推薦給身邊的朋友，也期待着下一次有機會再來這裏，再次享受這份寧靜與舒適。

房間內佈置温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟，讓人能夠放鬆身心。衞生間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。
温泉區域更是一大亮點。熱氣騰騰的温泉池錯落有致地分佈着，水質清澈，温度適宜。最沒想到的是我與外國友人在這裏相遇，很美好的體驗！酒店的服務也通常非常周到。工作人員熱情友好，能夠及時滿足客人的需求。無論是辦理入住手續還是在酒店內的各種活動，都能讓人感受到貼心的關懷。

作為一個金鑽攜程會員，幾乎很少寫差評，但是這次還是必須要發聲，為了後面的客户不要走彎路。1、有一説一，這次主要的差體驗來自於酒店温泉部分。首先，温泉部服務人員基本沒有什麼服務意識，配不上攜程五星酒店的標簽。温泉和酒店估計是兩套管理體系，甚至可能是兩家老闆，温泉的工作人員對於酒店客户要麼是有偏見，要麼就是完全不在乎，這一點尤其可以通過温泉部前台一個高個男接待員身上體現出來：嗓門大，沒有服務用語，“服務”理念估計都是沒有的；
2、對於不是專程來泡温泉衹是路過的酒店客人，如果想帶着孩子去酒店温泉玩玩水，一定要在外面買好游泳衣再去，否則裏面連小童泳衣最低都是88一套起的價格，不買不讓進，另外游泳圈也是88一個，不讓租，衹能買，感覺是進了一家黑店，這個不僅影響自己的心情，孩子體驗也不好；
3、建議酒店人員在網站以及辦理入住的提示上説明温泉部分的這些情況，讓酒店用户提前有心理預期和準備，否則花了大幾百住酒店，卻在温泉部分還受到這種待遇，體驗很差。
