Chambre avec cabinet douche PSH absolument pas fonctionnel.
Transformé pour répondre aux obligations règlementaires : pas de patères pour les serviettes ou les vêtements, écoulement central de l'eau de la douche au milieu de la pièce dans le passage entre le lavabo et la porte (plus question de multiplier les passages ensuite en dépit de la serviette de sol).
Salle de dîner saturée. Plus de places. Service et prise de commande interrompu. Mini bar vide.
Petit déjeuner avec des oeufs brouillés, du bacon, du jambon (industriels et bas de gamme). Pas de plateau. Pas de couteau,
Pas d'offre végétarienne ou végétalienne. Bref, pas au niveau pour 24 euros facturés.
En résumé, pas à niveau de la marque AccordHotels - Novotel et de la prestation attendue à ce prix (+ 200 €)

Nous sommes vraiment déçus, ArriveS samedi midi, nous apprenons que le restaurant est fermé le week-end. Aucune indication sur le site. Nous sommes réorienter vers le restaurants de la région à 5mns. Une plaquette aurait pu être remise pour palier à ce manque. Voulant prendre le petit déjeuner nous appelons à 9h30 pourrconnaître les horaires. Une charmante jeune fille nous précise l'heure de fermeture à 10h30 Nous nous présentons à 10h, et là, plus de ptit dej car une grosse délégation sur place. Pas un mot d'excuses juste vous pouvez prendre un café au bar Sinon la chambre très confortable et propre. Nous ne reviendrons plus trop de mésaventures un week-end.

auf Grund der Lage unseres Schulungszentrum in Lisses habe ich dieses Hotel schon mehrfach gebucht. Ich war immer mit dem Angebot zufrieden. 4 Nächte werden von ausreichendem Komfort unterstützt. Essen im Hotel ist auch kein Problem. Frühstück und Dinner waren immer gut. Dieses Business Hotel kann nicht mit dem Charm diverser Pariser Innenstadt Hotels mithalten. Ich werde dieses Hotel für meine Geschäftszwecke gerne wieder besuchen.

The rooms have been upgraded, very clean with modern touches. The room was warm, the AC did not work very well. The wireless worked ok, better in the lobby then the room. The staff was the best part of the stay and the lounge was step up to watch the World Cup matches which was bonus.

I stayed here for two nights during a group tour to Paris. The hotel is comfortable enough and our breakfast was great. The lobby is really nice, and the rooms are suitable. Nothing special, just an average room. The location was not great for touring Paris - approximately 45 minutes to the city center. It seems to be more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel, but this was booked for us by our tour group.
