Avoid this hotel. The reception staff is unpleasant and extremely aggressive.
They removed all my personal belongings from the room, claiming I hadn't paid. This is simply unacceptable. No rooms available, so I had to contact management to find a solution. It was a truly incredible experience.

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find, but the front desk staff were very helpful and there were few other guests, so it was very quiet and nice.

We arrived late, around 10 p.m. and it was nice to have a receptionist rather than a screen.
What's more, this young woman was very welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are clean and rather comfortable for a direct kyriad, pleasant surprise.
The breakfast is ok and the welcome in the morning is always as warm.

Bonjour je vous parvenir ce message car je pense qu'il y a un problème avec l hébergement. Je réserve toute les semaines soit sur Booking et maintenant sur votre site.a chaque fois je réserve un lit double et cela fait 2 ou 3 fois que j'ai 2 Lit simple.

Des améliorations possibles
Ça a été difficile d'entrer : le parking était fermé par un portail dont je n'avais pas le code : il a fallu que je téléphone pour l'avoir. Pourquoi ne pas le transmettre avec le message de réservation ?
Personnel du soir très aimable. Malheureusement elle ne m'a pas demandé si je désirais un petit-déjeuner. Le lendemain la réceptionniste m'a bienfait comprendre que je n'étais pas prévue au programme du petit-déjeuner !
Chambre confortable et propre. Le radiateur de la salle de bain était en panne
