Was doing a road trip and stayed there. Dirty, no hot water, bar by the pool, couldnt sleep the whole night. Its a place only closed groups will enjoy. Just avoid.

Começando pelo péssimo atendimento do staff que nos deram indicações erradas por email antes se quer do check-in. Ficamos 30 minutos a espera que nos atendessem quando havia 3 pessoas do staff literalmente a olhar para um computador sem querer saber de nos. O Hotel parecia saído de uma seria do walking dead, onde estava tudo vazio e sujo, ate o pequeno almoço tinha moscas e bichos no bolos! Não voltarei a repetir esta experiência e desaconselho a irem lá.

Infelizmente a minha estadia tornou-se bastante desagradável no último minuto quando uma senhora da recepção me liga para o quarto às 12h em ponto a questionar se estava tudo bem porque o check-out era ao 12h. Estava a fechar a minha mala para sair quando a senhora ligou e não estamos a falar de uma hora depois nem mesmo 30 minutos estamos a falar das 12h em ponto e a forma arrogante como falou a perguntar se estava tudo bem. Acho inadmissível tratarem assim hóspedes que estão no hotel pela primeira vez e claro que assim ficam sem vontade alguma de voltar. Deu mesmo a sensação de que já tínhamos pago já tínhamos usufruído agora Adeus ponham se a andar.... Muito mau. Muita má imagem. Foi a minha segunda vez nesta zona a primeira fiquei num hotel óptimo e desta vez resolvi experimentar este e fiquei extremamente arrependida. Nunca mais vou voltar nem indicar para ninguém.

Wir wollten für eine Nacht in dem Hotel übernachten und vor Ort ein Zimmer buchen. An der Rezeption wurden wir nur herablassend angeschaut und es wurde eine Buchung verwehrt. Begründung: Ausgebucht. Obwohl online mehrere Zimmer verfügbar waren. Absolute Frechheit. Unser Geld geben wir lieber woanders aus. Würden am liebsten gar keinen Punkt vergeben!!!

Já tinhamos visitado anteriormente e agora voltamos com um bebé, fomos muito bem recebdiso, o quarto muito limpo, pequeno almoço muito bom e variado com opções para bebés. Muito acolhedor e staff sempre muito atencioso e simpático. Gostamos e voltaremos!
