This hotel is ideally located at the entrance to downtown Évian, just steps from the lake and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The bedding is absolutely comfortable, the bathroom is ultra-modern, and the shower pressure is perfect. The welcome is warm and professional, and the cleanliness is impeccable. An excellent choice for the price.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Im Zimmer fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt.. Das Hotel ist am Anfang der Fussgägerzone. 5 Minuten läuft man zum See . Ein Parkhaus ist 3Minuten entfernt.

L’hôtel le plus pourri que j’ai pu voir ! Le directeur est inhumain et degueulasse que ce soit avec ses employés ou ses clients ! Il n’hésitera pas à vous demander de payer en espèces pour s’en mettre plein les poches, pendant qu’il ne paye pas ses employés ! Et quand vous le mettez en demeure il fait le mort ! Affaire à suivre aux prud’hommes…

Hotel bien situé, et la chambre et le petit déjeuner sont correctes. Mais l’accueil qui nous a été réservé a été déplorable... explications confuses, enregistrement de votre CB avec CVV (cryptogramme au dos) pour obtenir la facture le lendemain, dit-il, alors que nous venions de payer !!! Je n’ai jamais vecu cela dans aucun autre hôtel. Très, très mauvaise expérience.
