Overall the hotel was nice. Aesthetically the lobby, market area and courtyard were amazing & nicely designed. Would been nice if we were able to get a double bed but they were sold out. Also room service was a little slow on bringing items to the room that we requested. Overall the stay was great and location was superb for our needs. I’d definitely stay there again!

Excellent location! The UN, Times Square, and Empire State Building are all within easy walking distance. For Manhattan, the room size was quite generous, easily accommodating two large suitcases. The dining area is compact but impeccably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast selection is limited, but everything is beautifully prepared and delicious. They also have an outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, perfect for enjoying the warm Manhattan sun. There's a car rental agency directly across the street, which also doubles as a Zuzuche pick-up point – a massive convenience!

Located near the highway, it was extremely noisy. Although the room came with earplugs, they didn't work.
The hotel is new and has a great location near the subway station. The staff was nice, but there was no breakfast.

The room was great— better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and even had cool exercise equipment. Perfect for a quick stay. Only thing I’d say the hotel needs is a grab and go type of food/drink option. They do have free ginger line water however, which was a treat.

This area is very quiet especially at night.
The mall is a nice 10 minutes walk away.
The hotel is nice and clean, I like the way they conserve the planet by making disposable items on request.
I would prefer if the drinking water is in glass bottles instead of plastic.
I did not have any food or use the gym this time.

This was my first stay at an IHG hotel, and Bonnie's service was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a huge underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the front desk. The only minor drawback was the lack of EV charging stations.

Our room was spotlessly clean, featured a pillow menu, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The minibar also offered a wide selection.

During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles. Bonnie was particularly thoughtful; aware that there was no late-night supper service on weekends, she proactively prepared fruit for us and even upgraded our room.

Breakfast on the second day was equally lavish and significantly more substantial than what's typically found at similarly priced hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour, especially regarding the Western dishes. It only seemed to lack a few Western options compared to a full-service InterContinental property. The sole drawback was during breakfast, some children (possibly Korean or Japanese) were constantly screaming and running around the restaurant. Their parents' failure to intervene significantly disrupted the dining experience for other guests.

EVEN Hotels is conveniently situated at the Hongqiao Transportation Hub, just a 10-minute walk and across the road from the National Exhibition and Convention Center. I chose EVEN on a whim for my child's much-anticipated BW event, and upon check-in, I found the hotel was perfectly to my liking. I was impressed by its pervasive wellness philosophy, the warm and attentive service, and the incredibly photogenic rainbow walkway. The hotel's guiding principle, 'Embrace a healthy lifestyle at your own pace,' truly shone through. On a day of heavy rain when going out was impossible, it allowed me – a mom not eager to explore the exhibition and waiting for her child – to feel completely relaxed and at ease, even while just staying cozy in the room. There was even a thoughtful little gift! A big thumbs up! 👍

Location was ok. Not much facilities. No wow factor. Service was ok, I ordered two more bottles of water and it was sent to me quite fast. However when I asked the staff where would they recommend me to travel around this area he didn’t know how to answer. Could have invested more training on this. 
The complementary fruit platter was quite a sweet gesture. Though it was located right next to the cross road, the room was quite quiet, good sound proof windows. Cleanliness was ok too. Overall ok but not wow.

It has been more than a month since the May Day holiday, but I still remember this trip vividly. It is really suitable for taking children to relax on weekends. We stayed for 2 nights in a row. Adults, elders and children were very comfortable and happy. The hotel is close to Guangming Farm, the place where Guangming pigeons are eaten, the newly opened Science Museum, and a science park. We did not make an appointment in advance. Before booking a hotel, you can grab tickets first, so that there will be more places to visit.

There is an infinity pool on the 13th floor, which is suitable for taking photos and checking in with children. The gym (third-party operation) is fully equipped. The hotel is very new, so the experience is really good. The children are very excited to see the high-speed rail passing by (there is no sound when closing the window, and there is no high-speed rail passing by when sleeping at night)
The breakfast variety is very rich (but on the first floor, no scenery), registered members can get 2 drinks, the staff Sky warm service, home away from home, helped us solve many problems, here I sincerely thank him for his help! I hope to go back soon~
