The rooms were excellent. They were spacious with an incredible view. The breakfast was okay, but limited. You need a car to stay here. There is nothing within walking distance.

The hotel is value for money with great sea view! Our room was spotless and quite spacious. We didn't have breakfast. The pool was quite big. Hotel staff was kind and very helpful!

We did not like that coffee was not included in the price of the room. It was 3.5 euros additional per day. I understand the breakfast costing more, but even the worst of the worst have coffee. Nice and very friendly staff.

Our stay at KARRAS STAR HOTEL was very pleasant. The owner and the staff generously offered us Ikarian hospitality. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in a calm and well-kept environment. We highly recommend it!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel on Ikaria, the best kept secret in Greece. This is a premium hotel with great location, service, and amenities. I had an amazing time on at Karras star and will return and spend more time there in the future!!! Simply amazing!

The hotel is close to good beaches, such as Mesakti, also convenient is the fact that it has parking, rare for Ikaria.. Clean with super comfortable mattress and pillows, I had such a good sleep! It also has a wonderful well-kept yard with flowers and greenery, sea view with a beautiful balcony in the room, pool for swimming-drinking-relaxing. The only thing I didn't enjoy enough was the breakfast, the buffet had a lot of variety but I can't forget the dry slices of bread or even slices of toast without any other bread as I managed one day.. the breakfast was not worth it for 20 euros a day for the couple, but in all the rest it is worth it and I highly recommend it

I chose it after a friend's recommendation, I think it has the specifications to be a very good hotel. However, the rooms were worn out and the internet unfortunately does not work in all rooms. For me, who had left two children behind and wanted communication, this whole situation was a bit sad. Otherwise, everything was good. Awesome view from the back rooms, clean and above all cool, you didn't need air conditioning to sleep. It also has parking, which believe me in the chaos of Ikaria is an advantage.

We were so fortunate to find a room available at the Karras Star. We had a rental home with no air conditioning and had to leave due to the heat. Karras was cool, clean and safe. And the staff was very friendly especially the daily housekeepers, and Greg at reception. THANKS
