The hotel enjoys a great location close to the lake, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However, the front‑desk service is unsatisfactory. The hotel offers valet parking. We confirmed twice with the front desk that we only used the valet service for one day, yet we were charged for two days upon checkout. Please double‑check your bills carefully when settling your account.

Ctrip showed a parking fee of $30, but the actual charge was $42.04, really expensive, and I was also overcharged for one night. After I contacted Ctrip, the hotel refunded me $37, which was still $5 short. Ctrip's handling was reasonable, but the hotel was very unprofessional,two simple mistakes or likly cheating– I'll leave a negative review.

Had a nice stay.  The breakfast included in my stay was really nice.

The furniture, mattress, and carpet are noticeably old and really should have been updated by now. We continue to stay here mainly because it’s convenient. On a positive note, the staff provided good service, but overall the value for money is disappointing.

Good . But window curtains is too bad , any motel is better than this hotel’s curtains

The hotel is rather old, and the air-conditioning is very noisy. However, the hotel is location is great.
