Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant was excellent With a full menu and all of the staff was very friendly at the hotel. The handicapped room was well appointed and spacious. No complaints, only positive.

Nice stay. Door would not lock on 3. Need to be able to lock my door for better security. Nice location. Close to everything. Nice Hotel. No upgrades for HH members, which means your status is no status.

It's in a good location, close to restaurant options. It's a bit further from Northwestern than expected, so I ended up using Uber. Great hotel and service.

衞生間洗澡後有積水，沒有地下排水
靠近西側房間可以聽到鐵路聲音，晚間沒有地鐵運行還好
