Whilst everything was fairly reasonable, the food was overpriced rubbish. It was more akin to the local greasy Joe's and $35 bucks for 2 small sized peices of Snapper and 2 bucks worth of Salad did not impress at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they prices were outrageous for the standard. Which was overcooked and very disappointing. You might get away with it from unsuspecting overseas visitors, but I'm sorry to say it was crap. I guess when you have zero competition you better cop it or never book there again. If i was an international tourist I would not think anything food related was more than mediocre at best.
The room rate was fair priced, however dining was nothing short of highway robbery. I accept the distance to deliver supply's definitely added to the pricing, it fell way short of ones expectations of a resort level quality. $35 bucks for a meal that resembled Bain Marie cheap pub grub did not by any means cut the mustard.
It will be one and only time we ever stay there. Feeling ripped off, does not inspire retention or return guests.
Cheap 3 star venue that costs the equivalent of much more, renders this tired resort 3 stars at best.
Most visitors to any of these types of places have expectations of a higher standard.
Get the food right and pricing becomes a non issue.

Last two days we have stopped for coffee at the bakery and Shay has made us fantastic coffees. The extraction and texturing have been consistent and dialed in. Not only was the coffee amazing but Shay was friendly, customer focused and fast. If you are on the island it’s worth a visit. Also the iced donuts are awesome. :-) thanks Shay and the K’gari Beach Resort Bakery team! All in all a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Très bien malgré le manque de sourire à l'accueil. Les chambres propres, équipements corrects. La piscine n'est pas chauffée donc en saison fraîche il était difficile de s'y baigner. Pas de spapool: dommage.

Great access to everything the island has to offer. Mostly everything you need including a restaurant for all meals when you don’t want to cook etc.

Wunderbare Anlage empfehlenswert! Zimmer eher einwenig in die Jahre gekommen! Gutes Restaurant und schöne Sinset Bar am Pier! Schöne Insel überall nur Sandpisten! Auto 4x4 auf der Insel Mieten empfehlenswert! Vorher Video schauen Pflicht vom Vermieter!
