We were just driving through on our way home. I found this hotel when I looked up places to stay in Eureka Springs. The historic Crescent Hotel caught my attention immediately. It was beautiful. The furnishings and architecture made me feel like I was transported back in time. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the grounds were beautiful. We stayed in a room with a parlor and balcony and we loved it. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and the water was cool. We had dinner at the sky pizza bar on the 4th floor of the hotel. The view was spectacular, and the food was even better. I definitely want to go back when it's cooler outside and participate in the hotels offered activities .

Overall experience was good but it did seem a little too warm in the hotel for a comfortable stay overnight. Not sure I could have managed a two night stay.

This was so much fun. We stayed in the villa, so we were “ghost adjacent” which was better for my nerves! It was beautiful and we were fortunate the weather cooperated and the rain was an Arkansas squall, passing quickly. The staff is amazing and it really has the feel of an old style resort where the resident is queen. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. The ghost tour was very good…educational, but not scary at the 9 pm tour. Food was wonderful and the views were great. They provided on demand car service but the trolley also stops conveniently so you don’t have to navigate the hilly and tricky switchbacks. It was a great two nights and I really hated to leave. 5/5

Highly recommend this place....have stayed about 7 times,mainly for birthdays.You have to get the pizza in Sky Bar and Ceaser salad. Have to get stuffed French toast and eggs Benedict for breakfast.

The place is amazing the staff is just over the top helpful informational the places like a time capsule elegant and beautiful and comfortable the beds blankets and pillows are fluffy and comfy you're missing out if you don't stop by the crescent hotel in eureka springs

The bed slept very good. I have a bad back and this bed kept me asleep and rested when I woke. That being said, the start of our experience was bumpy. The first room we had was so hot, we couldn’t stay in there. Called the front desk, they came up to investigate while we went to eat dinner. But when we returned, it was still hot in the room, so we called the desk again. They then switched us to a different room. This one was much cooler & an upgrade. It had a jacuzzi in the room too. We were satisfied with this room for the remainder of our stay. However, the noise in this hotel is awful. I know this is an old hotel but ‘good grief’!! They have these “ghost tours” every single night! With all the stomping up & down the halls, slamming doors, loud talking, and early morning ‘cleaning up’ by throwing beer bottles in the trash can!! There is no rest here, if that’s what you’re coming here to do. I’m pretty sure this will be our last trip here. Wasn’t what we were expecting I guess.

This was my first time staying at the Crescent Hotel, although I know Eureka Springs well. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay. There was the BB shooting activity, the Skybar Restaurant for a wonderful view and dinner, the huge room with original woodwork and the handy on-demand shuttle service. Love the old gem’s history!
