Great room great service great attitude from the staff. I especially enjoyed having Real cups and glasses. Wow they don’t get that very often. We definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean comfortable down home , stay this is it. Treat you like family

Spent a week at The Trails Inn with our biker group. I have travelled the world and can honestly say this was of of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. It.was just such a nice down home feel about the hotel and we were made to feel so welcome by the owner Chuck who is such a nice guy. The room was immaculately clean and spacious with two double beds. As other reviewers have said their is not daily maid service and to be honest I prefer this. We spent great evenings in the pool and had some deep conversations up on the deck. The trolley stops right at the hotel and there is some great choices for meals just across the street. You can also walk across to the Eureka Springs Harley Davidson. I hope to revisit this area in the future and explore some.more of Northwest Arkansas. The roads here provide some great riding. When I come back my only choice of hotel will be The Trails Inn.

Room was immaculate, although there is no daily house keeping, this is the only drawback. My various hotel stays, this really does not matter to me. Other guests can be very critical about this issue. If any issues come up, I just went to the office and requested assistance to further satisfactory concerns. Will definitely return next year for my annual visit to Eureka Springs.

We've been doing annual motorcycle trips for nearly 20 years. Our 4 night stay at the Trails Inn was by far one of our best hotel experiences to date! The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners, Chuck and Kathy were very friendly, accommodating, and treated us like old friends. We will definitely be returning!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice. My husband and I enjoyed setting and relaxing at the tables out on the deck at the end of hotel. Our room had a high top table with two bar stools. I would of like to have a comfortable chair instead because I don't find setting in bed comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and the location was great! We will definitely stay again.

The Trails Inn is an older hotel but very clean. The owners were very nice. The grab and go breakfast had more choices than we thought. One thing that was not the best was the pillows on the bed. The could of had a few more options. We would stay again if in the area.

Great location there is food place across the street . If there is something wrong in your room they will come and fix as soon as you tell them. The owners are really nice. The rooms are nice and clean . The only thing about it is if your pregnant the beds are so soft so bring your pillows. Other than that .the experience overall was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time.
