Cliff Cottage Inn - Victorian B&B and Boutique Hotel

Our stay in the Emily Dickinson room was most enjoyable! The 3 room suite was superbly decorated and very comfortable. The unexpected cookies, candy, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate that were provided was a nice perk. The bathroom was very spacious and had two sinks and a large jacuzzi tub. The place was very clean. There was exceptional communication and it was nice to get recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Eureka Springs. We were within walking distance from the trolley and downtown shops yet was quiet at the room. We had breakfasts on the porch with tasty food and very accommodating to our diet preferences. Overall would return without hesitation. 10/10

The Cliff Cottage was perfectly located for roaming around downtown Eureka Springs. Literally a set of steps from the main street. The Thoreau Suite was well appointed and comfortable. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

If you want a romantic getaway, Cliff Cottage Inn was exceptional! Eureka Springs is such a beautiful town, with their downtown being filled with tons of shops, restaurants, and things to do. Cliff cottage has steps in front of the building that lead right to the heart of downtown. The location could not be any better and our room was outstanding. Better than advertised.

We spent two nights in the Thoreau Suite. The owners and staff pay attention to detail, and it shows. I could not believe how CLEAN the accommodations were. Yes, it’s an old property, and yes, the decor reflects that. But even the baseboards were immaculate, there was not a stain to be seen anywhere, and nothing needed repair. It was just all so cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. You cannot beat the price for a two room suite with breakfast. Other notable amenities: private balcony patio, large tub/shower, robes, fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Downstairs there is a community ice maker and a larger public front patio. The Thoreau suite is one of two upstairs units in this house. The downstairs is offices and staff spaces, so it’s very quiet. I believe the owners have either 3 or 4 houses in a row as the inn. We did still use a white noise app in the evenings and overnight due to personal preference in shared residential hallways like these, but it probably wasn’t needed. We loved being walking distance to most anything in town. Great location. And after walking around some of the more expensive hotel options, we were so glad we chose Cliff Cottage. Other places were rundown and overpriced and overhyped. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Eureka Springs!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cliff Cottage Inn, in the Sarah Bernhardt Suite for our 25 year wedding anniversary. We stayed 2 nights. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved that the sitting area and bedroom was separate. Just a walk down a flight of stairs to downtown or the trolly station. We parked our car and didn’t move it until check out. Will be staying here again.

Loved our stay at the cottages! The Zelda was just perfect for myself and my bestie! It’s in a fantastic location literally right off Main Street yet was very quiet. Breakfasts were excellent and we loved the eclectic decorations! Justin was amazing! So helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
