The staff was friendly, the pool was closed,we couldn't get in the weight room,there was no bedding on the pull out sofa.and there was limit breakfast the next morning

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this place is a nightmare. Sheets in the rooms were dirty, door in the room looked like it was broken into, could not close bathroom door. Tub was dirty. PLEASE DONT’ STAY HERE HAD BEDBUGS ALSO!

No ac in 1st room, 2nd room had to leave after seeing 3 spiders. Shower drain was slow. Breakfast looked like it was from yesterday. Billed me incorrectly and still waiting on a call back. Stayed at this location several times with no problems but it has gone done hill, will NOT return!!!

Rooms could use some updating. Door close very loud. Only one elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Ran out of plates for 2 days and pancake maker was broken.

I’ve always liked to stay here but this time I had a bunch of problems no toilet paper. Coffee maker was extremely dirty so was the tub and shower.

booked through *******. requested for reduction of stay by 1 night on day 1. property manager was not able to talk to ******* even after multiple attempts. It was more like he was not willing to call back.
Besides that, little old property, front desk employees were amazing.

AC not working, mold smell, water damage to ceiling, leaky toilet. Staff was nice. Changed my bedroom but some problems persisted. not worthy it to fight about it whe it's a one-night stay.
