The hotel rooms are big and clean.but.the swimming pool not opend in 2023.but its still on the website we went there for the swimming pool, so it was very disappointing.they compansated us with ticket to the sandland .the food tasty,but far from everywhere if you dont have car, not convenient

酒店跟景區是一個老闆，據説是淡季，入住的客人很少。但不管怎麼樣，空調是要開的吧？空調不給開放，窗户都打不開，拿了個礦泉水瓶頂住了，否則房間非常憋悶，空氣質量不好。送了兩份簡易早餐，也算不上什麼像樣的早餐。淋浴頭有嚴重安全隱患，跟電燈安裝在一起，電燈已經被淋浴頭噴出的水淋濕了，四周留下了水漬，太恐怖了。浴室玻璃門年久失修，感覺都快要掉下來了。下水不通暢，衹要一洗澡，整個浴室全都泡滿了水。門貓眼兒從外邊兒都能往裡窺探到，退房的時候才發現，而且門鎖這兒故意弄壞了無法鎖定，晚上任何人都可以隨時進來。實在是讓人住的不安心，房間設施老舊。入住時前台小姐都沒有，衹有一個保安大叔在辦理入住，整個酒店就見過兩個服務人員，就這個保安大叔還比較認真負責一些。這好像也算是一家星級酒店吧，實在是不相稱。如果不是就近去景區的話就不會住這兒了，性價比極低。酒店和景區服務人員整體服務意識不夠，人浮於世，懶懶散散的一羣人，也談不上什麼服務態度，這樣的服務很難長久經營下去。

看得出是四星級的酒店，很大而且甚至可以算是富麗堂皇，十幾年前的酒店居然還有電動窗簾，風景尤其夕陽很漂亮。但是有種破舊感，巨大的一樓大堂都沒有人，餐廳也沒有人，酒店一共四層樓，四樓估計大半年沒人住過了，進去以後桌上一層浮灰，空調還停留在冬天制熱的狀態。服務怎麼説呢，服務員們也像有一搭沒一搭做生意的感覺，旅客的需求能不響應最好，但是當然也會響應。酒店離景區很近，步行可達，酒店和景區同個老闆，酒店看出去就是景區中軸線，就是感覺運營不太好，隨時做不下去了，很可惜。

這個酒店最值得評價的是服務。就是沒有服務。服務員都是當一天和尚撞一天鐘的存在。
其次，遠離鎮上，沒有車基本很難出行。

酒店坐落在大沙頭景區門口，停車方便，門庭乾淨整潔，前台接待禮貌熱情，服務一流，耐心解答每一個問題，帶孩子來的，遊樂場因為人少並未開放，但是孩子想玩，酒店接待居然為孩子一個人開了遊樂場，並且很負責任，害怕孩子磕碰，保安哥哥全程陪同，登的是家庭套間，房間超級大，衞生也打掃的非常乾淨，早餐非常好，冷熱葷素搭配，有牛奶，奶茶，現煮麪條等，酒店的工作人員都非常熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺，下次再來還會繼續選擇。
