The room was okay, but there was no hot water kettle. However, the address marked by Ctrip was inaccurate. Driving could easily lead to fines. The external pictures advertised by the hotel were seriously inconsistent with the actual ones.

The spa area was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well stocked and there were enough places to sit. Unfortunately, the waitress in the breakfast room seemed a bit rushed and had her own ideas about who should sit where so that their routes were as short as possible. Humanly understandable, but not so happy with the service in a hotel like this.

Had a great stay for the second time already with big rooms and a great pool and Spa area.
only issue was that the bedroom didn't have Windows and no one informed about that before. Also there were a few teenagers taking pictures in the pool area and the person on attendance didn't do anything about it.

Das Hotel ist gut, das Rezeptions Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Ein etwas verschachteltes Gebäude, aber auf hohem Standard. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Allerdings mit der Ausnahme, dass uns der doppelte Betrag für die Übernachtung in Rechnung gestellt wurde und wir (und nicht das Hotel) dies nach ein paar Tagen festgestellt haben. Das Geld wurde dann mit drei Wochen Verzögerung erstattet. Das darf nicht passieren und hat ein echtes Geschmäckle. Das Restaurant und das normale Essen waren sehr gut. Das Sternerestaurant ist dagegen kein wirkliches Sternerestaurant. Das servierte Tomahawk Steak vom Kalb war von der Qualität her nicht gut und weitesgehend geschmacksfrei. Der darauf angesprochene Chefkoch begründete dies damit, dass Tomahawks-Steak nun einmal nicht die beste Qualität sei und Kalb im übrigen auch nie nach etwas schmecke Das hat bei uns natürlich die Frage aufgeworfen, wieso man es in einer Sterne Küche überhaupt anbietet.
