It looks like a motel, not a star hotel. Even if I want to buy two bottles of mineral water at the front desk. Very simple breakfast. There are many hotels of this quality around, but the price of this one is much higher, but there are no corresponding measures and services. Not recommended.

We stayed here for several nights and felt like there is much room for improvement. For starters, our room was so small we barely had room for our suitcases which made it crowded staying for a few days. This is a pet friendly motel and they need to ditch the carpet in their rooms as it felt dirty. Our bathroom had been remodeled but the shower curtain was 6+ inches too short and this caused water to go everyone on the floor. The exterior of the building/walkways needed painting and cleaning. The ‘continental’ breakfast was so meager it was rather shocking that they called it breakfast. Lastly, although many similar motels do not let you check in early before 4:00, the one we stayed at the night before this in Estes Park sent us a text letting us know our room was ready early and feel free to check in. A nice touch! This place is gonna charge you $20. The only reason we give this a 2 is the staff was friendly and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Advertised as having continental breakfast and was told when checking in the times the breakfast bar would be open - but there was no breakfast on both days we stayed. Very small room. Would not stay there again.

Le lit faisait énormément de bruit « type ressort « de même que le frigo et la climatisation. Les photos du site ne reflètent la réalité. Great hospitality from a friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Newly renovated and smartly decorated. Plenty of amenities and a great location at a very reasonable price. We've been twice and will be back. Very much deserves a look.

I would seek out other spots in town. Pros: The room itself was pretty clean, parking was convenient, everything worked fine, and it's just a ten minute drive from the park. Cons: long wait to check in at 3:30 (front desk person was on the phone), only to be told I had to wait and come back at 4 as that's when check in begins. No welcome or apology for the delay. Despite confirming that we had four people in our party at check in, we get to the very small room to find only one bed and a sofa with no sheets, pillows, or blankets. We asked her for them and she provided them significantly later. No offer to help set up the bed or apology for the mistake. Finally, our kids used the pool and said it was full of bugs and the chlorine was way too high. They stank for days despite having a shower right afterwards. All of the above may be forgiven with better customer service and a reasonable rate, but we paid $300 so expected a significantly better experience.

Better than expected. It’s a budget hotel, so of course there aren’t a lot of frills, but it had everything we needed. We had a double queen room, it had been painted/redecorated somewhat recently, and we loved the bright fun colors. Better towels and bedding than other budget places we have stayed. Seemed very clean, the fridge and microwave worked fine. Had a coffee maker and supplies in the room, but we didn’t use them. Breakfast had plenty of continental-style options and was from 7-10. The water in the shower was super hot. Staff was pleasant, check-in/out was a breeze. Atmosphere was quiet - you could hear people coming and going in the parking lot, but it wasn’t a bother. We didn’t swim but the pool looked nice and clean and other people were enjoying it.

Struttura molto carina in posizione ottima per visitare il Rocky Mointain National park. La nostra stanza era abbastanza ampia con due letti queen size e un divano letto. Molto bella la grande terrazza esterna. Siccome eravamo in 5, abbiamo dovuto utilizzare anche il divano che era molto scomodo perche’ il materasso era sottilissimo. Colazione nella media dello standard americano. Molto gentile e disponibile il ragazzo alla reception.
