We have stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints! From the rooms being clean & nice, the grounds being kept and enjoyable, comfy beds, the staff is beyond words, customer service has unfortunately been lost in this day and age but not here, they treat you like you are the only customer they have every time! AND if you are looking for wildlife, there has never been a time we stayed here that we didn’t see elk walking around in the grassy area or lounging under a tree. Murphy’s is truly a gem in Estes❤️

The room was affordable compared to other resorts in Estes Park. The staff at the resort worked hard to keep the property clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly offering information about the resort and surrounding area... Free popcorn! This and the most awe-inspiring views to start the day.

Murphys resort is a great family place. The room was nice and clean. I really loved that it was in walking distance to Lake Estes. What really caused me to give it a five was Dave. When we decided to extend our stay in Estes Park Dave worked really hard and did an amazing job being able to get us a room for two nights at Murphy. Thank you Dave!!!

Murphy’s Resort was wonderful! We reserved 3 rooms for our family trip. It was in a convenient location, close to town and both entrances to RMNP. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and fixed s’mores at the fire pit at the pavilion. There were games for the kids to play. It was a short walk to the marina and Lake Estes. The staff was very kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Estes Park!

My husband and I just returned from our 20th anniversary trip to Murphy's Resort and had a great time ! We loved the resort's family atmosphere and campgrounds vibe. It was refreshing to see young people enjoying the outdoors with their families. We stayed in the King Suite, and we were impressed by the quality for the price. The jetted hot tub, the candle fireplace and the surprisingly comfortable bed made us feel cozy. The location was perfect. Estes Park shopping and restaurants is just a short drive down the road, and the shuttle service to the Rocky Mountains is even closer, which made our adventures super convenient. If you came without a car, you could get everywhere you needed to go by walking or by riding the complimentary bicycles. The customer service was above and beyond- very welcoming people who go out of their way to help. We loved our experience so much that we're already planning our next trip back, this time bringing our three teens and their grandparents!
