The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently introduced the hotel's various service facilities. The room was large, clean and tidy, the parking lot was large and free. The surrounding environment was beautiful and close to the highway, but there was no noise, maybe our room was on the back of the highway. The breakfast was great, thumbs up 👍

The room was OK for one night. Bed was almost too soft, like a hammock but the room was clean and there was a mini fridge, coffee and tea and a new flat screen tv. Chains had to be closed at all times since the window was facing the parking lot on the grind floor. Breakfast was very basic but the coffee was good, which is the most important thing.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The location is great. The town shuttle stops at this location and Lake Estes is a short walk.

I highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Estes Park. Conveniently located close to the Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes. The rooms are so clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I suggest getting a Mountain view room. The mountain view rooms have a small balcony with chairs. I was able to sit on the balcony in the evening and admire the beautiful mountains . Actually watched a storm roll in over the mountains one evening...amazing to watch the lightning over the mountains.bHighly recommend!
