We had a fantastic trip – a perfect choice for young families. The resort offers a wide selection of pools, with plenty of umbrellas, shaded areas, and sunbeds. This made it easy to relax and find a comfortable spot that suited both adults and children. The direct access to the beach was another highlight, and the beach restaurant provided a beautiful setting for an afternoon meal. The rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly – preset to the perfect temperature, with no noise at all. I slept incredibly well each night, which is a rare treat on a summer holiday with such high temperatures. A special mention goes to the staff, who work tirelessly to keep the complex running smoothly. It’s a large and busy resort, and you can really see the effort and dedication of the entire team. Well done to all involved. A couple of minor suggestions: 1.) While the number of umbrellas is generally good, a few more shaded areas would be appreciated, especially during peak sun hours. 2.) It would be great to have proper wine glasses available in the beach and main restaurants. Sipping wine from a paper cup slightly took away from the otherwise lovely beachside dining experience. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday – we’re already looking forward to the next one!

We came to this on a day pass to use the waterpark facilities that also included lunch and snacks from 10-6. It was also an opportunity to see the hotel to see would be a place we would go to in the future considering it was an all inclusive hotel. We arrived a little after 10, I asked directions to the changing facilities and was surprised that there was none, I thought that would be automatic considering when the hotel guests would be leaving On departure day that would still have access to the facilities for the day. Even so changing facilities to their day pass holders should be considered. The waterpark area has plenty of water slides and my children loved it, there was no queue involved just went on them as many times as they could. We were told that the restaurant downby the beach was the only one we could use, we went into see what was available that morning in terms of snacks, bread, ham, cheese and people were making toasted sandwiches, there was some sort of loaf cakes on offer and I small ice cream pots. The lunch itself everything I tried was awful, rubber burgers, undercooked hotdogs, chips, chicken that tasted fatty with every bite it was awful I had read reviews but thought people were over exaggerating. I’m glad my family and I tried it out but was extremely overpriced for a day pass, food options can easily be improved

Where do I start? The hotel is immaculate and there is plenty for children of all ages to do, the rooms are clean and plenty big enough. Now for the bad review. Food is horrendous, if you have picky eaters of any age this hotel is not for you at all!!! Every single night it’s the same mundane food, chips and burgers that make good frisbees rather than a meal. Yes the hotel is in Spain but they usually cater for the English but I think they need to rethink what we eat as they presume it’s chips, burgers and pizza. If you’re coming here expecting to spend hardly any money think again, all inclusive is not all inclusive, there are selected drinks available for adults and plenty of fizzy drinks and juices for kids, but if you want anything but basic tea and coffee get your bank card or money ready. No crisps are included at all and the ice cream that is available is the smallest tub I’ve ever seen ( a borrower would still be hungry after eating it). To get a decent ice cream or ice lolly you’re looking at €3.80 per ice cream. Any man wanting a decent drink better be prepared to spend all night at the bar queueing to keep filling your glass as there are no pint pots used (unless you’re paying for them) they’re all half pint glasses and through the day they’re plastic cups or paper cups. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone but like everywhere people are up from the crack of dawn reserving them and some days don’t come to them until after 4pm. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you’re thinking never-mind we’ll go out for food….. think again it’s 37 miles to the nearest restaurant that will serve anything worth eating. As I write this we’re sat listening to the night entertainment….. if you like repetitive stuff then it’s for you, perfect for families with kids no older than 6 after that there’s nothing worth coming out at night for.

We have just returned home from a week at Globales and we had a wonderful time! The entire hotel is exactly as pictured, there was a good variety of food everyday in the beachside restaurant and main restaurant. Evenings were particularly lovely at the beachside restaurant with live music and singers most nights. The staff were lovely - especially Abigail and Marta who always greeted us with a smile and fantastic service. We stayed in the Ibiza section of the hotel - I would recommend you request this area as we had a perfect spot by the pool with lovely rooms with incredibly comfy beds and pillows. There were always plenty of lifeguards on watch so you felt the kids were safe and there were always plenty of sun beds available (a rarity)! The one downfall was the rooftop terrace, there were big holes in the decking floor so we avoided this area, it’s a shame as this could have been a beautiful sunbathing spot. Overall we had a lovely experience.

Spent a week here all inclusive as one adult and two children (17 & 11). Staff are brilliant and always happy to help. Food was ok but really needed labelling what it was. A lot of food wastage from my fussy kids. At the Beach restaurant, there were 4 beach sellers hanging over the fence selling various goods. I was unsure if they lived on the beach as they seemed to be there from 6am to 11pm. It made me feel uncomfortable eating and drinking right in front of them when I was unsure if they were homeless/being exploited. They had no shade and were out in the hot sun all day long. I felt sorry for them. Pools were fantastic and water slides - there was one massive main pool, which also had an accessibility chair for anyone disabled. A wave pool, two smaller pools, children's pool area with climbing frame/slides, the tall water slides with a couple of bowl slides, near the wave pool was the wavy slides and there was also a splash park for very young kids. Entertainment at night was good. We visited Puerto Banus (market) and Marbella whilst we were there. There is a free bus to Puerto Banus but you need to queue up in reception at the crack of dawn to bag a seat as by 902am all seats were gone. We ended up ordering Ubers as they were really convenient and cost around 15 euros each way. At the end of the street is an Aldi supermarket and there is also a Pharmacy if needed. Beds were really comfy and room service came into tidy up a couple of times during our stay. There is also a TUI rep who is always there to answer any questions you might have. There is also a hotel photography team who come round to ask if you want photos taken. 11 euros per photo which I didn't think was bad. There is also a shop onsite which sells inflatables, nick knacks, clothes, some toiletries, bottled drinks of pop and snacks/sweets. Only things I'd mention is that they need extra umbrellas for shade around the sunbeds, the food in the food halls needed labelling and the beach sellers to be removed from hanging over the fence at the beach restaurant. I would definitely recommend this holiday place to others. We had a great time!

Never again, the rooms on the pictures have nothing to do with the reality. Even though there are 2 restaurants the food is almost the same everyday. Some of the waitress don't speak English. Next seating three people for the table for 2... All inclusive but without slash or an iced coffee? " I can put some ice into your coffee". There s actually only one pool you can swim in- way to small for all those people. Im not even talking about lack of umbrellas. The slides are old which i definitely could feel on my back. Smells badly in few places. In the restaurant by the beach you can't eat the dinner peacefully as there are some sales man right next to the fence. The beach - no deckchairs.
