It was our second time at Ikos Adalusia and we had the best week of uninterrupted family time surrounded by 5 star service. Special thanks to the whole of Delux team who made our every wish a reality and looked after us so well. Its people who make a hotel special so really thank you so much to Mateo who went over and above the expectations to make this holiday so memorable for us.

We stayed in the second half of May for the fourth time in an Ikos resort and this was our second holiday in Ikos Andalusia. The resort has assets on all fronts to guarantee a luxurious, pleasant and carefree stay. The biggest assets are without a doubt the setting maintained with great care and attention to nature, the wide range of deliciously prepared dishes and beverages in the various restaurants and bars as well as the friendly staff who are motivated and work hard to please the guests. Our preference for dinners goes to Seasons and the Beach Club. Mohammed from the lobby bar deserves a special mention for his dedication and kindness. A side note for the waiters at the Main Bar: some of them sometimes lack a bit of proactivity to take orders from the guests sitting on the terrace. We stayed in the Deluxe Collection Area, in a beautiful junior suite with sea view on the third floor of building 5. A lesser point is that there was no desk or chair in our room to work with the laptop. We were surprised that the period of our stay coincided with the busy high season for young families with babies and toddlers, which led to long maxi-cosi queues and a lot of noise and animosity in the buffet restaurant Flavors. Finally, a warning for which the hotel is not at fault: we, as walkers on the beach promenade, were personally involved twice in collisions with speed pedelecs and e-steps that were driving much too fast and carelessly.

Recommended by my work colleague who raved about the food, service and resort as a whole, Ikos Andalusia did not disappoint. We stayed for 5 nights before I had to go to Malaga for work and the highlights were the Spa (best massage I’ve had in my life), free bike hire and exploring the local area on 2 wheels, the cod croquettes from Oliva, frozen daiquiris, the gardens, the choice of pools and a fab hotel gym. The only negative for us was the unpleasant smell in our shower which occured when it wasn’t used for a number of hours and we could smell the same odour outside too. I’m unsure whether this was due to sewage, algae on the beach or a combination of both. Overall we really enjoyed our stay even if it was a bit whiffy at times!

Luxury, variety, beauty, warm pools, friendly guests and simply outstanding service is standard at this resort. There are so many pools, activities, restaurants and types of rooms that one will always find something here to fit your desires. It is also very handicap friendly, with ramps and lifts everywhere. Here are a few of the employees who helped us have a wonderful stay: Anita/reception; Flor/Uzo; Andrea/porter; Azahara/beach club; Miltos/Fresco; Angelo/cocktail bar; Denise/cocktail bar; Alberto/beach pool; Marta/pool bar; Ernesto/beach pool; José/Uzo; Vaclav/Anaya; and Christo/reception. Seriously, these colleagues do an amazing job allowing their guests to maximise their holiday at Ikos Andalusia.

Another absolutely fabulous stay with Ikos Andalusia! This is our 4th year in a row, it’s that nice we keep coming back!! I really cannot rate this place enough - the resort itself is beautiful and so well laid out, the staff are absolutely brilliant (a special call out to Matteo at front desk, Dora at the pool, Darko, and Laura in crèche), the food and drink selection is so good and all high end (there is actually nearly too much choice!). I really cannot fault anything about Ikos, it’s really that good! My family and I are already talking about going again next year 😊

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit komfortablen Zimmern. Das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist grossartig, die perfekt darauf abgestimmte Weinkarte, die coolen Drinks und Cocktails lassen keine Wünsche offen. Man wird den ganzen Tag kulinarisch verwöhnt und kann alles auch auf dem Liegestuhl geniessen. Das Personal und der Service ist grosse Klasse, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich gingen sie auf alle Wünsche ein. Die grosse Anzahl an Restaurants ist abwechslungsreich und qualitativ ausgezeichnet. Das asiatische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Ikos Hotel und werden bestimmt weitere Ikos Destinationen besuchen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen alles perfekt, nichts zu beanstanden und einfach nur zu Empfehlen.

Reiterate the reviews for this excellent hotel. Difficult to fault although there are some minor issues - getting a table at Flavours for breakfast is bit of a zoo ( but management recognises it's a problem) and be aware of lots of under 2s ( although those families have their own restaurant areas and pools). We thought the best restaurant was Chiringuito on the beach. Only open for lunch and very casual but great food and brilliantly managed by Darko ( very friendly and efficient staff manager)
