Fabulous stay. The hotel, food and service are all excellent. The beach isn't great but with so many swimming pools it's not a problem. Can’t find anything to fault. Can’t wait to come back again. Lots of restaurants all serving great food so you won/t get bored.

This was our third stay in the last two years. The hotel is immaculate and always feels so clean and fresh, like it has just opened. From the point of booking until you reluctantly have to leave, everything is handled in the most professional but friendly way. Cristina, Lia, Mohammed, Nadia, Darko, Sara, Emma, Diego, Arantxa, Marta, Asteris, Martina, Viktoria, Bruna, George all helped to ensure that our latest stay was perfect. Our visit coincided with the nationwide power out but this did not deter the team from making sure guests' enjoyment carried on despite this. For us, all our holiday wishes are met at IKOS Andalusia, and often exceeded. A real 5* experience. Can't wait to return.

Having just arrived home from yet another magnificent stay at Ikos Andalusia . Best part of the stay; ALL. Quite simply magnificent from minute one to the end of our visit. Quality of room and service. Excellent. Every request dealt with so well from a missing phone retrieved by Jerlynn to the pillow supply that Micheal dealt with. We would like to mention all the staff for the work they do. We would particularly like to mention , Anna at Seasons, Lewis at Frescos, Darko and Sofia at Flavours; the lifeguards at the adult pool, Jenny & Elpida. The Ikos concept is just right. Thank goodness you are expanding that concept. After this second visit we decided to book the Corfu Ikos while on holiday. With something to look forward to. Thank you. Change nothing, adding an Indian restraunt might be a great addition to an already brilliant experience.

Enjoyable week at another Ikos resort, great layout of the hotel, all the restaurants are easily accessible. Lots of pools and plenty of sun beds. Our favourite restaurant was Chirinquito excellent lunch overlooking the sea. Such a shame the beach isn’t inviting! Having stayed at many of the Ikos resorts it was first time at Ikos Andalusia, the only disappointment was the Service and the quality of the food was surprisingly not up to the standards one has become to expect and enjoy. However, the excellent Managers we highlighted it to ( Pilar and Polikarpos) who were excellent in trying to make amends. A special big Thank You to Julie at Chirinquito, you made our last evening so special. Thank You also to the lovely Reception Staff who were so helpful in assisting when our return flight was cancelled halfway through our holiday. Thanks again Ikos we will return!

Our third trip to IKOS Andalusia in the past two years. We really love the luxury all-inclusive concept in this beautiful immaculate hotel. This time we stayed for one week which was perfect from the complementary transfer service to the lovely rooms and view, to the amazing food in all of the restaurants, the warm pools and impeccably clean buildings and grounds. The offer in terms of food and wines is incredible as are the other amenities and activities. The staff are also so attentive and friendly and really want everyone to have their best holiday ever. Many thanks IKOS - we'll be back and must also try the hotels in Greece.

Excellent service! Very clean & modern! Staff were amazing especially with the kids! Food was of a very high standard with most restaurants offering a la carte menus ! Enough for all the family to do , ranging from 1 year to 60 year old! Marcos was very helpful & accommodating ! But all the staff were super friendly & helpful I can’t fault our stay & it’s the perfect resort for families Location is great too just 25 minutes from Peurto Banus & 25 minutes from golf courses Even though we only ventured out once as we were happy chilling in the hotel The kids club was excellent too with daily entertainment at 6pm with music and kiddies disco!

Ikos Andalusia is fabulous. It adheres to all the values of Ikos resorts. Fabulous service, awesome staff, amazing food and exceptionally well provisioned rooms. All of the restaurants are superb, the main buffet restaurant offers an amazing selection of food and I must say a huge "thank you" to Darko who was always on hand to carry my plate for me as I was having to use a walking stick while we were there, so very kind. So many other lovely staff in there, apologies as I can't remember names. Personally we loved the Greek restaurant, Ouzo, with Flor and George, who were so helpful and informative about the food, and also Provence the French restaurant, totally amazing food. ALL the restaurants are brilliant... The service everywhere is just superb. You can even have your sunglasses cleaned while lying on a sunlounger and if you don't want to make the effort to go to one of the brilliant restaurants for lunch the pool staff will bring it to you by the pool!! Rooms are amazing, staff are fabulous, service is amazing what's not to like!!
