Situated almost in the middle of the city centre. Limited opening hours. Nice staff when there but only Italian spoken.

Hotel storico che si trova al centro di un deliziso paese. Hotel molto curato attento all'igiene e alla pulizia. Posizione veramente comoda. Una volta usciti si ha tutto a portata di mano dai bar ai ristoranti e negozi per i prodotti tipici. Veramente Consigliato!!!

i made a reservation at this hotel for April 26 to 28 of April. I was visiting Este for nostalgic reasons as my deceased father had been there in WW 2 chasing the German troops from the town. Upon arriving at reception i was greeted in Italian by a some what rude clerk who said something derogatory about the booking service . Yelled Fulla Fulla at me in Italian and showed me the door. I was left at 4.30 pm to scratch around to find a bed for the night. I understand overbooking but if that happens a host should do what they can to help find a bed for the night. Very unpleasant experience

Ottima struttura centrale raggiungibile anche con mezzi pubblici con spendidi dintorni...nei fine settima consiglio tappi per presenza locali frequentati fino a tarda ora.

Albergo storico in pieno centro della bellissima Este. Posizione perfetta per passeggiare sotto i portici, ma qualche difficoltà nel parcheggio. Con € 70,00 ho pernottato in una confortevole e spaziosa matrimoniale ad uso singolo. E' certamente limitativo non avere il servizio colazione.

L'hotel é situato all'interno del centro storico, a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse. Ho trovato la camera accogliente e sufficientemente spaziosa, con tutti i confort; unico appunto, l'insonorizzazione migliorabile. Il personale è cordiale. Consigliato!
