Wir haben einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt im Berkheimer Hof in Esslingen gebucht. Uns wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang zum Appartement nur über eine Keybox möglich ist. Diese funktionierte jedoch nicht, auch nicht in größeren zeitlichen Abständen, so dass wir vor verschlossenen Türen standen. Andere Gäste waren scheinbar nicht anwesend, und das Hotel war vor allem auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar; es war nicht einmal eine Notrufnummer hinterlegt. Wir mussten uns letztlich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Der schlechte Eindruck vom Haus wurde noch dadurch verstärkt, dass es die Hotelleitung nicht der Mühe wert fand, auf eine schriftliche Beschwerde wegen der uns entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten zu reagieren. Angesichts der geschilderten Vorkommnisse raten wir davon ab, das Hotel Berkheimer Hof in Esslingen zu buchen.

Nice experience, excellent food - both breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and polite services. Single bed rooms are small but acceptable for short businesses trips. Very close to Festo headquarters and bus stops. Not much to see in Berkheim other than businesses.

Das Zimmer ist gut. Man kann hier Abends noch lecker Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Hotel hat eine Ladesäule, so dass man aufladen kann. Parkplatz kostenlos. Man kann hier gut ein Zwischenstopp bei einer Geschäftsreise machen.

Wir waren über ein Adventswochende im Berkheimer Hof. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und natürlich auch sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Außerdem gibt es auch gute Angebote wenn man den Weihnachtsmarkt in Esslingen besuchen möchte, wie zum Beispiel Stadtpläne, Busfahrpläne und auch Gutscheine für den Vesperkarra auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt.
