Très mauvaise expérience – hôtel à éviter !
J’ai réservé une chambre via Trip.com, mais à mon arrivée, on m’annonce qu’elle n’est pas disponible car elle sent l’urine (!). Aucune alternative sérieuse ne m’a été proposée, et le personnel ne semblait pas du tout concerné par la situation.
Je trouve ça inacceptable, surtout après une réservation confirmée. Aucun respect pour les clients ni pour l’hygiène de base. Très déçu, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Franchement une catastrophe ! je demande une télécommande pour la clim mais elle ne fonctionnait pas ! nous étions en train de dormir et a 10h15 quelqu’un entre dans notre chambre et aucune excuse ! et une galère pour rendre le pass puisque personne a l’accueil à 11h sans oublier les bêtes partout

Friendly and helpful staff. The place needs to be renovated. Even though it's a budget motel, no money has been spent on decor / repainting, carpeting....for a long time. Floors also need to be cleaned more carefully.
