Honestly, it was an absolute disaster! I asked for an AC remote, but it wasn't working. At 10:15 AM, someone walked into our room while we were still sleeping, and offered no apology! It was also a nightmare trying to return the key card, as there was nobody at the front desk at 11 AM. Not to mention the bugs everywhere!

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel!
I booked a room through Trip.com, but upon my arrival, I was informed it wasn't available because it smelled of urine (!). No suitable alternative was offered, and the staff seemed completely unconcerned by the situation.
This is unacceptable, especially after having a confirmed reservation. There's a complete lack of respect for guests and basic hygiene. Extremely disappointed, I would not recommend this establishment.

Friendly and helpful staff. The place needs to be renovated. Even though it's a budget motel, no money has been spent on decor / repainting, carpeting....for a long time. Floors also need to be cleaned more carefully.
