i enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay

The room is very good, convenient to stay, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and there is a small kitchen to make some simple food!

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from Essen Central Station and not far from the pedestrian street. It is also convenient to park downstairs in the hotel. The parking fee is 17.5 euros per night, which is a bit expensive. The parking fee must be paid in advance and post-payment is not accepted. I guess inflation in Europe is still quite severe in the past two years. It seems that prices are skyrocketing, including food and accommodation.

Clean, hand-faced hotel was a proper hotel. But Essen Hbf had to walk 10-15 minutes. I would have given five stars to the room if there were tea and coffee machine.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the train station. However I had to change 3 rooms as the heating wasn't working properly and there were no staff to attend so I had to keep going up and down to reception to take photos and show them. Also no kettle in the room or complimentary coffee. I was told these were only offered to 'executive' bookings, which is very disappointing as this is pretty much expected these days. Other than that the hotel was fine: clean, safe, spacious, not noisy.

It's really good. It's much better than Duce Hilton. The rooms are well decorated and new.

I have stayed at this hotel for many times. I think it is one of the best hotels in Essen. It is cost-effective, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the bed is particularly comfortable, the location is also very good, especially the rich breakfast.

Located in the center of Essen, next to the Christmas market and not far away from a pork knuckle shop, the hotel is very spacious and clean. The lobby also provides some drinks and desserts, as well as a bar.

The rooms are well furnished also a little away from the typical room. My room had separate toilet and shower, very pleasant. Small Manco, an unforgettable object 4 hours after the CA, was allegedly not found in the room, which is bad. So small he wasn't. Beds are also very comfortable, everything in all very good hotel.

Super good location very close by the city centre. Staff speaks English and is really cool. Thanks a lot. :)
