War zwei Tage im Gästehaus des Hotels untergebracht und waren angenehm überrascht. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Doppelzimmer. Das Bad mit Dusche war sehr schön. Für mich persönlich sind die Betten etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja für jeden anders. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wenn wir wieder nach Essen kommen dann definitiv auch wieder in diesem Hotel. Extrapunkt: liegt direkt an der Messe und zentral zu allem anderen Anlaufpunkten. Eigener Parkplatz

The rooms and bathrooms are very dated and in dire need of renovation. I stayed at the hotel for several nights on business 15 years ago, and I get the impression that everything is still the same as it was back then. The bathrooms, tiles, carpeting in the rooms, etc., are, in my opinion, still exactly the same and not at all modern. There's no self-service coffee machine in the breakfast room since the change of ownership.

Small cousy hotel, great staff, very clean and super convenient if you are going to a convention. Breakfast was decent and everything was fresh, the staff were super nice.

Pleasant but pricey for what it is
Great service and nice breakfast but rooms very basic and a bit dated for the price paid. Old lift which didn't arrive on top floor when leaving to check out so had to lug suitcase down flights of stairs when in a hurry :(
