So macht das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings ist die Gegend nicht grad die schönste Ecke in Essen. Das Bett und Badezimmer waren top nur die Stühle müssten mal dringend ausgetauscht werden. Leider wurde man jeden Morgen von den Feueralarm 🔥 geweckt was nicht wirklich schön ist.

Ich war für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Badezimmer modern eingerichtet – besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir der starke Wasserdruck in der Dusche, was ja nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert, was gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Trotz der zentralen Lage im Herzen von Essen war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Vom Hauptbahnhof aus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten dort – die Lage ist also wirklich ideal, wenn man die Stadt erkunden oder beruflich unterwegs ist.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, für NRW-Verhältnisse sogar überraschend herzlich. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings, dass der Duschgelspender in der Dusche leer war – und das während meines gesamten Aufenthalts. Da ich eigenes Duschgel dabeihatte, war es für mich kein grosses Problem, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich schon erwartet, dass solche Basics regelmässig aufgefüllt werden.
Abgesehen davon war aber alles in Ordnung, und ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Essen durchaus wieder hier übernachten.

酒店停車位很少，馬路對面有公共停車樓，挺方便的。酒店近火車站，傍晚時抵達，周邊環境看着有點亂就沒再出去。酒店內部設施配套齊全，裝修挺新的，房間很舒適，早餐很豐盛美味，性價比不錯。
