Ich konnte leider nicht weniger wie 1 Punkt geben,zu dem zimmer kann ich nichts sagen,doch laut den Bewertungen,die ich später gelesen habe muß es nur ein versauter Müll sein.Unfreundlichkeit habe ich schon beim gewollten einchecken erlebt.kam schnaufend eine Frau an,die kaum deutsch konnte,hielt mir sofort ein Handy hin,wo der mehr als arrogante und unfreundliche chef dran war.sagte ich hätte kein Zimmer gebucht,sei ausgebucht.Mehr nicht und das in einem so unfreundlichen Ton.Dabei hatte ich eine Buchungsbestätigung und zeigte sie der auch,doch es kam nur... müssen sie dem chef sagen.Also ich würde das als nichtmal ungenügend,sondern als 10 fach ungenügend bewerten,wenn es ginge

Das schlimmste Hotel meines Lebens … Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Nicht mal einen Stern wert. Unzumutbare Zustände… Steckdosen alle locker, die Zimmer nicht bewohnbar. Putzfrau anscheinend keine verfügbar. Um einen Horrorfilm zu drehen die beste Location … die Teppiche sind versifft. Personal übelst unfreundlich … Fazit: als Flüchtlingsunterkunft bestimmt ganz ok aber für einen Europäer nicht zumutbar…

Unverschämtheit! Zimmer wurde storniert, weil die Kreditkarte nicht gültig sei, was unwahr ist. Der wahre Grund: sie haben zu spät gemerkt, dass eine Messe ist. Zimmer ist aktuell verfügbar, aber zum mehr als doppelten Preis! Nicht empfehlenswert!

The check-in experience was a disaster. The receptionist was actually the maid and could only speak farsi (persian). The credit card reader wasn't working, and she demanded I pay cash, pointing to a lot of cash in my wallet. I recalled other complaints on the reviews that when people paid cash, they were double charged (under the guarantee card number). After 30 minutes, the receptionist returned from her break. She got the card reader to work, and i paid with a credit card. She then explained that sometimes, when a customer pays cash, the back office charges the credit card when the cash payment isn't properly booked. But she assured me that if a customer complains about it, they return the money. If nobody complains, they keep the money! I was in room 44. Not accessible by elevator. There was no wifi (reception didn't reach the end of the hall), and there was no heat. There was an airpocket in the radiator. There are other hotels in essen for just a few euros more. I suggest you take one of those.
