The hotel's main advantage is its location. Medina and the beach are nearby. Everything else is so-so. All the furniture and plumbing look like they were made in the middle of the last century. The breakfasts don't correspond to 4 stars at all. Instant coffee... Everything that the guests ate for breakfast is no longer replenished. If you come a little later, there will be almost no choice. So the 4 stars of this hotel are from a past life.

Literally the worst hotel i've ever been to. I stayed here with my friend two nights and i hated every second of it. How could this be a 4 stars hotel, it barely deserves 2 stars !! The hotel is very dirty and the staff are not even helpful. The pillows and bedding are very dirty, i even found a hair on my pillow and my friend found toothpaste on hers, and they were also torn apart, and we talked to the receptionist about this twice and they wouldn't even do something, and when we insisted they sent someone who just literally left a bed cover on top of our beds as if they're saying we should make the bed, when it's literally a 4 stars hotel so this should be done for you. We also found many bugs and when we couldn't kill one we wanted to call someone from the reception but no one was there, so we had to let a stranger in our room to help us. They do not care about their customers and everything is so dirty and disgusting. If you ever plan to come here please don't, this is definitely the worst place i've ever been to.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel des Îles pour son accueil et son attention envers les clients. Suite à un petit incident dans notre chambre, nous avons été immédiatement relogées avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de réactivité. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : juste à côté de la médina, de la plage, et à seulement deux minutes des taxis. Mention spéciale aux bagagistes et aux réceptionnistes, tous adorables et toujours souriants !

Hotel horrible, à éviter sans reflechir. Seul point positif : l'emplacement geographique. chambre sale, litterie pas adequate avec le nombre de personnes dans la reservation, cafards dans la chambre et salle de bain, moisissures ... bref, hotèl à eviter et ne mérite en aucun cas les 4 étoiles.

Hotel has no air conditioning and very dated and rundown. Cannot be a 4 stars rating with today's standards. Tv has no channel and the room has no AC, we had to open the window to be able to sleep at night, which in return, invited mosquitos to have free dinner while we were asleep. Receptionist lady wasn't too friendly neither compared to other hotels we've been to.

Même pour une nuit, l’hotel est à fuir ! On nous a logé dans un bungalow près de la piscine : la chambre était sale, on a écrasé un cafard, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de déco, la lunette des WC était cassée ainsi que le dévidoir de papier, le robinet du lavabo ne tenait pas et le pomeau de douche cassé, on s'est également posé la question si les taies d’oreiller avait été changées. Bref hotel à éviter même si il est bien placé.
