Filthy, rooms old.It says 4 star- maximum 1 star. Not sure ,how do people leave good reviews here . Very bed aftertaste. On the positive note ,the workers are trying to do a good job, the place is across the street from the beach. If you can, skip this motel.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles malgré un bel emplacement. A mal vieilli : chambre humide, odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Personnel peu aimable qui semble éjecter les gens lors des repas : on peut a peine finir son assiette qu'elle est retirée.pasquestion de discuter pendant le repas et encore moins apres. Diner en a peine 30 mn. Sitôt la cuillère posée pour le dessert on nous souhaite 4 voir 5 fous la bonne nuit en retirant tout sur la table en nous poussant vers nos chambres froides et humides et malodorantes. L'éclairage est faible et il est même diffusé lire si on n'a pas son propre éclairage. Tellement décevant et ne fait pas honneur la gentillesse et a l hospitalité marocaine. A éviter

J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et malheureusement, mon expérience a été gâchée par l’attitude du gérant. Dès mon arrivée, il s’est montré impoli et non professionnel. Aucune respect d’hygiène j ai séjourné 2 nuit ils ont même pas changé les draps ainsi que les poubelles se trouve même pas à la chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à cause de cette mauvaise expérience, et je vous conseille de chercher un autre endroit où séjourner si vous souhaitez être bien traité en tant que client.

The worst hotel we've ever been to.The room was full of a dump smell and the lights were broken and flickering.Also the bathrooms were very dirty full of dust and the shower water is yellow. The service was terrible. They were out of bed sheets and towels. We will not recommend.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The rooms are nice but a bit worn out. There is a fridge in the room but no air conditioning. The internet does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby. The food is tasty.

Bonjour, à mon arrivée, on m'a affecté la suite 404 avec vue mer et terrasse. J'ai voulu prendre un médicament, mais, il n'y avait ni verre, ni bouteille d'eau, ni mouchoirs en papier. J'ai donc prix mon médicament en buvant l'eau saumâtre du robinet. J'ai souhaité me reposer sur la terrasse, elle n'était équipée que d'un seul fauteuil, sans coussin et très sale. Le jour de mon départ, j'ai souhaité quitter l'hôtel en début de matinée, le petit déjeuner étant servi à partir de 7 heures. Je me suis présenté au restaurant à 7h40, j'étais le premier client, mais le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt. Pas d'eau chaude pour le thé, pas de viennoiseries, aucun fruit, aucune salade de fruits. Je me suis permis de faire des photos de ma "suite" et de sa terrasse, je vous les joins afin que vous puissiez juger de ce qui est proposé dans cet hôtel pour la somme de 4150 dirhams pour deux nuits. Cet hôtel est dans état de délabrement, de sécurité douteuse, de manque d'entretien des locaux et de management. J'ajoute à cela qu'il n'y a qu'une seule chaine française (France 24) pour laquelle la connexion était temporaire sur une tout petit écran.

Well... Where to Start ... I ve been taking group of 22 dancers to Morocco for more than 22 years ... This year we planned Essaouira ... As I worked in collaboration with Hotel des Iles before... I just expected the same welcome we used to get ... But it looks like they have a New Manager who seem to know all and nothing at all ... Our Food during the week was appalling and a mediocre Tasteless with tiny portions and Dry ( Hardly any sauces served) .. That s such a shame as we re in one the best countries of the world when it comes to Food and welcoming ... Plus we had consistent comments on the dancing elements.. why were people dancing ( even in our initial emails it states the purpose of the visit ?????? ( what this got to do with him .... ff..... knows) But I ll have to give credit to the Friendly staff who never fail to please the group.. I don t usually leave Reviews But I feel this needs to reach the main Boss of the Hotel ...
