Paying nearly € 260 without breakfast a night, you’d expect comfort, cleanliness, maybe even a touch of luxury. Instead, you get the full “prison-cell experience” – small, grimy, and as charming as a public restroom. The room was a masterpiece of junkyard chic: wobbly, worn-out bed, a floor covered in scratches, and a shower that looked like a science experiment in mushroom cultivation. If you enjoy crooked furniture and DIY vibes, this is your paradise. Food? Well, let’s just say the “porter,” who doubled as housekeeper and chef, kept himself busy. Between gardening sessions, he served meals that could best be described as culinary fasting with entertainment included. Breakfast was so minimalistic it felt like we’d accidentally signed up for a detox retreat. The host was friendly – almost too friendly. That constant smile felt as natural as a plastic doll’s face. After a while, you just wish someone would find the off switch. The only highlight? The view. And when the best thing about a €300/night stay is looking outside, you know exactly what kind of place this is. Bottom line: Expensive, underwhelming, and unintentionally funny. If you want to spend good money to feel trapped, underfed, and over-smiled at – go ahead. Everyone else: pick literally anywhere else.

Je viens de passer un petit séjour à Dar danse "Août 2022" et l'expérience était plutôt positive. Le personnel accueillant se démêlent pour satisfaire nos envies et besoins. L'endroit est fidèle aux photos, pareil pour les chambres bien propre et bien entretenue. Cuisine marocaine (moyenne) mais très clean, une piscine infinity qui donne directement sur l'atlantique. La mer est difficilement accessible par un petit passage dans les rochers. Malheureusement on a pas pu nager vu qu'il y avait beaucoup de vent durant tout le séjour (région très venteuse) alors qu'on était en plein mois d'Août limite si on a nagé le dernier jour à la piscine. Le confort est là mais à sa limite, wifi très faible et ne capte pas partout, eau chaude de temps a autre (pour les chanceux), électricité s'arrête à une heure de la journée (vu que c'est avec l'énergie solaire) il faut s'y préparer et en être conscient pour ne pas que ça casse votre séjour ! Spécial dédicace a Abdou et Abdelghani de vrai pro, très gentils et toujours à l'écoute ! Le vrai Feedback que j'ai déduit de cette aventure c'est que c'est beau mais pas au prix que ça coûte je trouve qu'il y a un grand décalage entre le prix et le standing de l'aventure à vivre. au même prix (plus de 200 euro la nuitée avec uniquement petit dej) on peut être en all inclu dans un palace, vous pouvez me dire que c'est pas le même type de voyage luxe VS dépaysement mais dans ce cas le prix du trip dépaysement dépasse celui du trip de luxe uniquement quand le service, l'endroit, sont juste INCROYABLE UNIQUE INCOMPARABLE qui te font vivre quelque chose de vraiment spéciale, chose qui n'est pas vraiment le cas ici ! Si c'était a refaire, je le referais uniquement si ils changent leur politique de prix !

Wir können das Dar Danse nicht weiterempfehlen und sind über die positiven Bewertungen mehr als überrascht, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht stimmt. Wir haben für die Superior Suite mit Meerblick für 5 Nächte OHNE VERPFLEGUNG mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 1.300 Euro bezahlt. Frühstück kostet pro Person 10 Euro und Halbpension 35 Euro pro Person extra. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag dasselbe und kaum Auswahl (1 Pfannkuchen, Brot, 1 Ei, Marmelade, Nutella, Honig und Erdnussbutter). Das Abendessen war auch nichts Besonderes und häufig trocken sowie ungewürzt. Da es weit und breit nichts anderes gibt, ist man gezwungen, im Hotel zu essen. Am meisten haben uns jedoch die Unsauberkeit, das schreckliche Badezimmer und der vorherrschende Renovierungsstau gestört. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir bereits beide Toiletten sehr schmutzig vorgefunden und beanstandet. Leider sahen sie auch nach der Reinigung nicht viel besser aus (siehe Fotos). Das Bad war schmutzig, eng und dunkel, auch hier Renovierungsstau und SCHIMMEL in der Dusche (siehe Fotos). Das Wasser in der Dusche war häufig kalt. Der Handtuchwechsel erfolgte erst nach drei Nächten auf Nachfrage. Richtig gereinigt wurde das Zimmer während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht (und auch davor offensichtlich nur grob). Die Einrichtung der Superior Suite ist völlig veraltet und teilweise morsch (zwei wackelige Strandstühle auf der Terrasse usw.). Das Kinderzimmer war ebenfalls alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand aufgrund der Felsen. Die Preise dieses Hotels sind überteuert und stehen nicht im Verhältnis zu dem, was man bekommt. Die hygienischen Zustände vor allem im Bad gehen gar nicht! Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder!

È stato davvero magico. La posizione sull’oceano isolata da tutto permette un grande relax. La piscina sempre pulita e il giardino curato danno l’idea di essere in un resort di lusso. Il personale è attento e gentile. Un grande grazie a Bushra e Abdul che hanno reso il soggiorno indimenticabile. Cucina ottima e sempre varia!

Escape from city hustle and bustle to this oasis by the sea. From long before our arrival (by WhatsApp), during our stay to even way past our departure Julianna could not have been a more kind and attentive (but respectfully distant) host. She is a gem. As is this beautiful retreat. Who could not absolutely love being the only people on a massive beach, save for a handful of goats. Even though there were other guests and steady trickle of arrivals and departures you honestly would hardly notice. We had the pool to ourselves on a few occasions, and it really is only a short drive north of Essaouria to get to. The food was excellent too. Add this Bubble by the sea to your itinerary, you won’t be disappointed.

Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in The Bubble. Het hotel wordt gerund door Abdul en zijn team. Dat is een groot feest, heel gastvrij en gezellig. Het eten is heel lekker klaargemaakt door een geweldige kokkin. Wij hebben lange wandelingen gemaakt langs het strand en verder heerlijke kunnen ontspannen. Echt een aanrader als je opzoek bent rust en een authentieke ervaring.

There are very few words to capture the true beauty of this stay. Isolated from the outside to provide you a true escape from it. Immerse yourself in the bubble to regain serenity and balance in life. The owner has a vision that she brought to life, the masterpiece to disconnect and find inner peace and reconnect with nature and ourself. This is a perfect weekend getaway for couples celebrating something special, honeymoon, baby moon, or relaxing with the family. It caters towards all ages and groups, but this is truly ideal for a romantic getaway for couples. We brought our large group of family (6 adults and 3 kids) and Julie was beyond a fantastic host. She was available by telephone or in person throughout the stay and was extremely hospitable and flexible.

This hotel was a dream!!! We went with our 2 daughters, 9 and 6. They loved it, too. The rooms were beautiful, the garden was magical, Julianna and all the people working there were so helpful and friendly. We loved meeting the animals and the location right on the ocean is unbeatable. The food was also fantastic. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
