The hotel is just an insta place. Rooms are quite dark and a bit damp. Service is not good, the staff is not vey service minded and friendly. Restaurant has one restroom in staircase, Food is ok. Go to the bar for drinks, do not pay for an expensive hotel room- lots of better places in Essaouira.

A fuir ! Odeurs d’urine de chats dans les escaliers. Une fois placés, nous commandons l’apéritif pour 3 personnes, le serveur oublie de nous apporter celui de mon mari. Alors que nous attendons toujours pour trinquer , le serveur nous amène les plats. Nous lui expliquons que nous attendons toujours le cocktail de mon mari et nous lui demandons de repartir avec les plats. Il nous dit alors qu’il va les mettre au chaud. Prêts à manger, les plats arrivent froids , les pruneaux de la tajine n’ont même pas été cuits, ils ne sont pas fondants mais durs comme s’ils étaient sortis du paquet et mis directement dans le plat . La vaisselle n’était pas propre . Au moment, de régler l’addition , on nous envoie à l’étage inférieur . Là, un serveur sans aucun regard , donne le montant , prend la carte bleue, la passe dans la machine et nous la rend sans un bonsoir. Un vrai désastre !!!

Salut Maroc Ou plutôt Salut l'ARNAQUE Des musiciens qui n'ont joué qu'une demie-heure en trois heures un samedi soir...juste honteux ! On avait l'impression qu'ils étaient en répétitions, genre le garage dans Hélène et les garçons... mieux vaut en rire... Désolée pour cette piètre référence mais vraiment c'est à ce niveau... Sinon n'y allez surtout pas pour des mets savoureux...tout juste passables et une aubaine si vous mangez chaud. Bien entendu, une note salée assurément pas justifiée... nous n'avons même pas fini la pseudo mousse au chocolat... Seul point positif, la vue. Autant vous dire que pour une première, ce sera une dernière !

le riad est bien situé a essouira....chambre confortable pour un riad et bien entretenu par le personnels...mais a comme défaut etre insonorisé....il n y a pas d ascenseur et les escaliers menant aux étages demeurent difficile d acces (handicapés)....le restaurant sur le toit est superbe..l on y mange bien..ils offrent un excellent déjeuner...mais le soir ...il y a un spectacle au restaurant jusqu a 22h a 23h(parfois) ..en dérangeant les chambreurs...l ensemble du personnels du riad demeurent disponible..tres professionnel....je recommande ce riad..surtout pour jeunes...et jeunes familles....bon rapport qualité--prix....j ai été présent au riad dans la semaine du 8 avril 2025....comme touriste Essouira c est bien 5 jours...selon moi

overpriced tourist trap! run by an english woman who treats badly local workers, and is rude to local moroccan guests. looks good in some photos only, real life lacks class or style, no taste at all. too much going on in a cramped space. really strange contrast in design of cheap touristic hostel and what tries to appear as fancy boutique hotel . typical tasteless British mish-mash of copied culture. food was no good, plenty better places to eat and to sleep! Don't bother
