私は翌日の日程上、チキムラという街で止まる必要がありました。trip.comでチキムラという街で検索したところ、でてきたのがこの宿で、値段も手ごろだったため、予約をしカードでお金も支払いました。立地場所をしっかり確認しなかった私にも責任があるのですが、いざチキムラに言ってこの宿を探すと、チキムラから一山越えた隣の町で、バスで2時間以上かかるようなところだったので、宿泊を断念しました。キャンセル不可の条件だったため、返金はされません。それでも往復４時間の時間ロスになる街へ移動するのは、無理でした。trip.comさんにお願いです。ある街で検索をかけた場合、検索した側はには、当然、その街にあるホテルだとの思い込みがあります。検索場所から距離がある場合には、検索者がそのことにすぐ気づけるような表示が必要だと思います。仮に、その街にtrip.comさん経由で予約できるホテルがないのなら、そのことを明記したうえで、周辺のホテルを紹介してほしいと思います。このままでは、私と同じような被害者が、ほかにも続発してしまいます。

Is too far from the city, nobody knows the location we end up getting another hotel and lose the money. If you want to be near the activity's don't get this hotel
