Old hotel, that should be shown as 4* but 3*, all inclusive has an empty mini bar, no welcome drink, no bathrobe, nothing. Lack of AC in the room. No iron. The pool towels we received were dirty and destroyed, and they didn't want to change them. Food was not the best, Atlantis restaurant wasn't a good one, but Tapas bar was exceptional.
Overall, it is 3*, and all inclusive isn't worth this price. You want all Inclusive? Better change hotel. We're truly disappointed as being many times in IHG and Iberostar in other cities/islands. Only this was a huge disappointment.

Hotel de encanto especial para nosotros, un personal excelente de 10, muy cercano y agradable, tanto en recepción, camareros, cocineros, limpieza y un grandísimo equipo de animación, que lo hemos pasado muy bien con ellos, muchos del personal del hotel los conocemos de varios años y son gente estupenda, muchas gracias por mejorar nuestras vacaciones, siempre son inolvidables. A MEJORAR varios detalles muy importantes: Las habitaciones tienen muchísima falta de una renovación (inmobiliario y decoración) los baños (obsoletos, de pena piden a gritos una RENOVACIÓN URGENTE) instalaciones comunes mejorables (ya estamos en 2025) y ya le toca. (Iberostar Park renovado el año pasado, este año le toca al Fuerteventura Palace y deseamos que para el año ya le toque a este gran hotel) (aunque nos han comentado que se renueva el bar coronas muy pronto) El bufé mejorable (hace unos años estaba muchísimo mejor) (ejemplo el zumo de naranja, antes se exprimían las naranjas en el comedor y ahora vienen de la cocina rebajado con agua) las chuletillas de cordero ni verlas, entrecot solo 1 día en toda la semana....) De todos modos repetiremos porque nos encanta el personal y tenemos muchos amigos dentro del hotel (Nuestra familia Gaviotas) un abrazo a todos ellos. Nos vemos en el 2026. GRACIAS y a mejorar el hotel...

Grosse, schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit sehr nettem Personal. Buffet ist indoor in eng bestuhltem Speisesaal. Kleines Restaurant mit stark beschränkter Auswahl auch outdoor. Prestige Gäste sitzen durch Zaun abgetrennt im gleichen Saal. Angebot der Speisen ist vielfältig und sehr fein. Depot für Safe und Beach Tücher.

We booked this hotel and Star Prestige package this year as we had such a fantastic relaxing holiday here last year. First the positives- the staff are lovely and the maids work so hard so rooms are spotless. The animation staff work hard and long hours. Shout out to Mateo and his endless energy and smile! Food is excellent with a wide variety and something for everyone. Star Prestige area has lots of international drinks and snacks stocked all day. The spoiler to this was the building work at the sister hotel next door. Hammering, ,pneumatic drills, vehicles beeping when reversing was every day for 12 hours a day and accompanying dust. The noise was particularly bad in the Star Prestige area and rooms and you could even hear it on the beach! It was not the peaceful holiday we had last year. If we had been told about the building work and disturbance we would never have chosen this hotel. The hotel claimed it was nothing to do with them but it was coming from another Iberostar hotel! Such a disappointing response. Not even a sorry! At least take responsibility as a company! Don’t bother with the Star Prestige desk in reception as it is never staffed! A real let down this year.😢

Wir möchten auch in diesem Jahr wieder eine Bewertung Abgeben. 😇 Wir sind wieder in unserem Lieblings Hotel und jedesmal über neue Kleinigkeiten begeistert. Das Personal ist 1a im Hotel. Kein besseres irgendwo anders gesehen. Das Animations Team ist jedesmal der Wahnsinn ich hoffe der Chef Animateur bleibt für ewig 👍😎. Das Essen ist großartig und die Zimmer sind immer Tip top sauber. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist aufmerksam und eilen direkt zur Hilfe falls etwas sein sollte. Neue Dekorationem ectr. Sind uns direkt aufgefallen. Die bowling Bar ist ein super Highlight. Danke an das Hotel für diese wunderbare Zeit, die wir bei euch verbringen durften. Macht weiter so ☺️.

So there is building work ongoing in the next door hotel (also Iberostar) which is situated above the Star Prestige sun lounge area. No one is aware of this before travelling. Jet2 are dragging their heels and say it’s finished - nothing to see here. Everyday we have listened to jack hammers and JCBs and related dust etc. Customers should be aware if this before going ahead with the reservation. Very poor.

Exzellentes Essen, sehr gutes Personal und vieles mehr machten meinen 6-Tage Urlaub zu einem Aufenthalt, von dem ich noch lange zehren kann. Der lange Strand lud zu viel Laufen ein, das Wasser und die leichten Wellen zum Verweilen. Erholung pur. Ich komme wieder!

Lovely holiday overall. Room fine, very comfortable beds. (NB plug sockets and no kettle as per other reviews). Shower over bath may not suit everyone; however it is a proper room rather than the worrying trend of more 'integrated' spaces... 🤣 We thought food was really excellent, definitely the best all-inc we've experienced. BUT the restaurant is very cafeteria style - bright lights, tables close together, no table service for drinks. Pool, sunbeds etc all standard. Great range of daytime activities. Evening patchier. However, location of hotel on beach with fantastic views is superb.
