Really good stay
A really great stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided lots of advice. The room was great with a handy kitchenette.

Cuidado con las habitaciones del tercer piso que acumulan mucho calor durante el día en esta época del año. Muy buenas prestaciones por el precio pagado.

Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

Estuve 3 noches con mi familia este hotel, y fue un acierto. Habitaciones amplias y modernas, en recepción Ana, fue muy simpática y nos explicó todo. El buffet muy variado y de calidad además el chico y las chicas que habían allí super simpáticas. Fuimos en agosto (a principios). El hotel tenía un chill out, pero el problema era que estaba lleno de mosquitos y salías lleno de picotazos. Quitando eso fue una estancia perfecta, en la cafetería (también donde hacen el buffet para desayunar) por las tardes ponen una red y puedes jugar al pin pon y al billar... También tiene una terraza por delante para tomarte algo, tienes parking al lado del hotel gratuito, y está al lado de la parada de taxis para subir a Aigües Tortes y también al lado de donde hay 2 supermercados y bares. La verdad que fue un gran acierto el hotel. Gracias por habernos tratado así de bien.

Hotel en Espot , habitación muy amplia ,baño con ducha también muy amplio , todo nuevo y super cuidada , muy limpia, ventanas con persianas eléctricas, buena ubicación , desayuno completo , embutidos de la zona , bollería,fruta,cereales, etc....bien ubicado al pie de los lagos. parking publico delante hotel. Buen hotel.

El hotel está muy bien situado junto a la salida de los taxis que van al Estany Sant Maurici y aunque no cuenta con parking propio se puede aparcar de forma gratuita en una explanada justo al lado. La habitación que nos tocó tenía una pequeña cocina y era bastante apañada aunque no tenía un armario como tal sino unas baldas sin cubrir. Lo negativo es que se oían demasiado las cañerías. Como sugerencia diría que el desayuno se sirviera un poco antes más que nada por el tema de las rutas. Buffet sencillo pero completo.
