The bathroom was quite dirty, we had to go to the one on the second floor because the neighbours in the next room didn't come out for more than 2 hours. The room is quite nice, what I liked most was the bed that traps you. The balcony is covered so no light comes in.

We really enjoyed out stay at BBQ sunny residencia. The room was clean and well lit. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all, we almost never crossed any other guests. The terrace at the top floor was an amazing place to have breakfast. Just few bus stops away there is a nice viewpoint called "Mirador dels Xirprers" where we took some amazing photos at sunset. The BBQ sunny residencia is not that close to the city center but connection is good, the bus 67 will take you directly to Pl. Catalunya in 35 minutes. The area around the house felt safe and family friendly, right opposite the house there was a nice bakery. Important to mention that the host was very kind and helpful, pleasure to interact with. If we visit Barcelona again we will definitely book that place one more time. Overall recommended!

Bedding and room were clean. The bathroom was soaked, messy and grim. The stay was terrible as there was an ***** in the next room talking on the phone for hours all night loudly, coughing and snoring.. I’m not sure if he’s the host or just a terrible guest.
