Terezas Hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. Tasty breakfast. Worth the price. Excellent view to the swimming pool next to the room.

We had a lovely stay here. It is family run and the level of service and attention to detail is very high. Our room was very modern and had a super rainbow shower. Everywhere is immaculately clean. We also enjoyed the food from the buffet very much. It is a small hotel and has an intimate and welcoming feel. I wish there were more hotels like this.

A lovely place in almost all respects. Good food, nice choice, well presented. Our room was lovely, at the discounted price we got it at. But I wouldn't have been anywhere near as happy, if id paid at the full listing price (im generally happy to pay for good value and the fairly substantial discount was its true value in my view). Cleanliness: excellent. No complains at all. Staff great, happy and friendly. Again: great, thanks guys. Lovely beaches FAIRLY nearby. Theres a sometimes quiet, but aagain : a somewhat noisy road - at tines - right across the front of the property (quad bikes and young lads in old cars were a bit of a menace). I know that the hotel can't fix the road, but some traffic calming would be good for the speed of some of that traffic. To consider 1) They say : 450m to the beach. I'm not sure that I agree. Yes, it's probably true, only if you can cut cross the neighbouring properties, in a straight line; but I'm afraid that you can't do that. Reckon on a ten / fifteen minutes walk instead. It's a flat route with poor pavements/ sidewalks. 2) Swim pool area: there are no where near enough day beds / sun loungers, for the number of guests. This caused a lot of visible disappointment for those who tried to get a spot after breakfast, and couldn't. Seen most mornings. This is perhaps the thing that the lovely staff need to look at the most. I don't even think that the complex was near to capacity when we stayed, either... 3) a point to TUI: the transfer from the airport:- be ready for a worn out old bus, with broken Aircon ( and it really needs that Aircon to be fixed ), taking two hours to get you there. TUI really do need to look at this. It gives a terrible start and a bad first impression In fact, it was appalling. No, they can't address the road network, and scenery coming in was lovely in parts, but the discomfort and the fact that they don't want eating or drinking on the bus, for two hot hours, was just ridiculous. But overall, a nice place to visit, when they sort out those days beds.

Just home from a wonderful stay at Terezas Hotel....quiet location, but close enough to walk into town and the beautiful beaches. Hotel is beautifully clean, staff very friendly and food excellent....thank you for a fantastic holiday

We were advertised this as mini break as we both wanted a quick local (ish) get away. We had a swim up room which when entering was a delight as we found many hotel rooms to be small and pokey. The swim up room on comparison is twice as big as a normal Mediterranean hotel room (or seems that way). We have a large sun terrace with 4 seats and 2 sun loungers with parasol. The room is large with 2 single beds connected to make 1 king size bed. There is a corner sofa and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The pools are clean and warm. The reception is a small building just off the main road and the hotel give you the feel of a small bejew style property. Food is good and is served in the hotels single air-conditioned restaurant. Happy hour is 3 till 5 daily. Food prices are reasonable and the main tourist area is about 10 mins walk. I would say the walk is not ideal for people who are unsteady on their feet. We found all the staff very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing stay.

We met Thereza at the reception when we booked in even though there were 36 people on our coach everyone was booked in very efficiently, as we were at the back of the queue it was no longer than 15 minutes. A very delightful young man named Spiros showed us to our room and couldn’t have been more helpful, a credit to this Hotel. Meals were delicious with several choices, I have read previous reviews regarding the temperature of the food but this wasn’t the case. The cleanliness of the room was first class also the staff very welcoming. Agnes & Len Marder ( Essex) All in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Take note to bring coffee & tea bags for the room as not supplied.
