The layout of this hotel can be understood in this way: these apartments are not managed on a regional basis, they are just two-story apartments facing the street, and are managed by one property management company. This kind of room layout is rare in China, and it feels quite interesting. The second floor is the living room and kitchen, and the first floor is the bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. It is clean and tidy, quiet and green, the kitchen is fully equipped and the comfortable experience is very good. If there are any shortcomings: the toiletries provided are a bit low-end and should be better, and the washing machine is a bit moldy, which is not a good experience. It is only half an hour away from the nearby attraction Lucky Bay and 4 hours away from Wave Rock. There are several supermarkets within a 10-minute drive away, and DOME is 3 minutes away for breakfast, which is convenient and has delicious coffee. The Thai restaurant about 10 meters away really relieved my Chinese stomach a lot. The food was delicious. Please pay attention to its opening hours. South Pink Lake Hillier Lake turned white a few years ago and will not be pink anymore.

The accommodation is ideally placed in Esperance. it is a 5/10 minute walk into the area where there are shops, cafes, bars etc. The accommodation is directly across the street from the ocean with lovely walks either into town or along the coast. The accommodation is first class. Very well decorated and equipped with everything you would need for a long or short stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I found my stay there very relaxing.

Spacious and nicely furnished - well equipped kitchen - 2nd time we've been and would go again. Very handy for the town and the foreshore.

Lovely 1 br apartment with generous living space and views from kitchen window out front to esplanade. Private balcony too but looked on to rear of property and other therefore apartments. Very clean and well presented and had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived after dark which was not planned so had a few issues finding our apartment but that was on us as we had all the instructions we needed. Lights were on and apartment was welcoming. Walking distance to the renovated Tanker Jetty with coffee shop/s and also along the beautifully maintained esplanade walk to the Clocktower near the working port. Beautiful part of WA not to be missed.

Our recent holiday in Esperance was made even more enjoyable with the comfort and convenience of our 'home away from home' at Esperance Island View Apartments. Our two-storey apartment (No. 5) was perfectly located and ideal for an extended getaway. Loved the upstairs kitchen/dining/living area, and the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable. Very good value overall.
