GGuest UserIt is an amazing hotel. It is just on the top of the Wood Market. It can go down to the Wood Market. The hotel's modern and environmental architecture, the flavor of breakfast and various kinds, the classic music hearing in the lobby during breakfast, the staff's laughing and sensation, the incredible thermals and spasm I wanted to go with each month is my favorite hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

SsrchmzWe went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve.

GGuest UserEverything about the hotel is perfect. A hotel with clean rooms, polite staff and a good location. The open buffet breakfast is also nice. We loved every kind of hotel. I hope it always stays like this and continues.

MMaggieUKstaff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

DDarDar BinxI came back to Eskisehir to get a new tattoo, and of course, I had to stay here again. I love the bright, clean rooms and the great art work all over the hostel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to the downtown core. The staff are very nice and helpful.

AAlinashkomIn addition to the location, the rest is very sad. Read more: broken teapot, hole blanket, hole towel (holes of centimeters on 5-8), mattress on a double bed is less than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on the one-bedroom opposite mattress is more base, shower in hair and spiders, Hot water barely warm, in the shower empty soap capacity, towel for only 4 people 3pc with a towel for legs, in a room of 2 cups and everything, toilet cracked, button broken. We were waiting for 2 glasses of water and 2 cookers. I didn't want to take a bath in this bathroom at all. True, I didn't expect that. We weren't cheerful, but it was too much. And more. No parking, only where you find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

The breakfast is a turkish breakfast so it is a chance for me to have a good nice turkish breakfast!

GGuest UserThe entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there.
The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling
