Great location for the racecourse
Stayed here again as just down the road from the racecourse. Rooms are ok but the bed was dreadful! Metal headboard and it squeaked all night at the slightest bit of movement! (Room 6) Water, tea and coffee all provided. No breakfast facilities so you have to go out. Would recommend if you just need to get your head down

Decent night stop
Stayed overnight to attend a friend’s birthday in Esher. Great location, reasonably priced and really friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean room with tea and coffee facilities which was great in the morning. Easy access to room out of hours and easy key drop when we left.

Bed made more noise than a jumbo jet every time you moved. Patches of damp in the bathroom due to no or minimal extraction.
No breakfast included.

Was charged more than the quoted price of £214 was £238. Room was too warm for a good sleep. Apart from that was a good location and on a quiet street.

Rooms are in a small house away from the main building. Small room, windows don't fit. There was a takeaway food box under the bed from the last guest. A very damp bathroom with no window or extraction. The bed made a noise with every turn. Average 2-night stay. Would not recommend
