Nice hotel, the hotel itself seems a bit old but there is new renovated decorations, overall is fairly nice. The shopping mall is right in front of the hotel, very convenient for people who want to go shopping.

It’s perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy the amenities from the Spa, pool, and sauna and more! And also have access to a Akbati shopping mall which is 1 minute away from the hotel’s door and is has a great variety of stores, restaurants, and amazing cafes. Highly recommended if you want to relax.

No kitchenware, plates spoons forks knives or even glasses that are considered as extras to be paid for

I booked a double room for one person. It was quite comfortable, and everything was provided except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was a TV with Russian cable channels. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression: the breakfasts were hearty, and there was plenty of food available. There's a shopping center nearby with a grocery store and currency exchange, which is also convenient.
