The room is including all the basics it should and the check-in process was nice and easy. However, the room could have much better cleaning. I had to take of the bedsheet to get rid of all the hairs on it. The sink was still dirty and there were hand prints on the mirror.

Environment: Not bad, mainly because it is close to my friend's house
Service: I didn't see anyone at ordinary times, but I saw a waiter cleaning when I checked out!

The hotel is very reasonably priced, but you shouldn't expect any comfort. The location is on an arterial road, the train station is far away, not within walking distance. There is no reception, it is uphill in another hotel.

Very close to the Autobahn, Overall cleanness is okay. Did not like the fact that neither the TV nor the hair dryer worked.

We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl but fresh food went off quickly in the heat, with no refrigeration facilities.

This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels.
