il prezzo così elevato non è giustificato da una qualità o eccezionalità delle pietanze: ci sono ristoranti a Esbjerg decisamente migliori, dove gustare sapori particolari allo stesso prezzo, o forse anche inferiore. Evidentemente anche l'acqua del rubinetto di Hjerting è particolarmente cara: a mio parere, quando si ordina una bottiglia di vino (strapagandola e con il tappo di alluminio) l'acqua dovrebbe essere omaggiata.. invece di fatturarla 100 korone!

Charmantes Hotel direkt am Strand
Es ist ein bezauberndes kleines Hotel direkt am Wattenmeer. Es ist sehr charmant und hyggelig eingerichtet und einem Kaminzimmer im EG. Von unserem Zimmer, sowie dem Frühstücksraum hatte man den Blick direkt aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, eigentlich hatten wir eine Suite gebucht, aber aufgrund einer Systemumstellung kam alles durcheinander und die Suite war bereits ausgebucht, sodas wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Da das Wetter zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr schlecht war, mit waagerechtem Regen und durch starke Sturmböen wurde das Regenwasser durch das Fenster gedrückt. Wir behalfen wir uns mit einem Handtuch, da die Rezeption zu dem Zeitpunkt leider nicht mehr besetzt war.
