This hotel is located at a high place with a nice view. The service was excellent. But cave living was not comfortable. The photos look good, but the living experience is very bad 1. No ventilation. Such a large suite has only one very small window and it is not convenient to open it for safety reasons. 2. The facilities are not good. The radiator does not provide the required temperature. It was cold to sleep.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, so it's a bit difficult to find, but the room is very good, quiet, comfortable and clean, with complete supplies.

Otelin odalarını çok beğendik mağara şeklinde ama sizi boğmuyor 2 camı ve bir balkonu vardı yağmur yağarken balkonunda oturmak çok güzeldi. Yatakları rahattı, tuvaleti odadan büyüktü içinde hem küvet hem duş vardı. Odanın ve tuvaletin aydınlatması ***et güzel olmuştu.
Çalışanlar ***et ilgili, özellikle kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ablalar çok tatlıydı size özel omlet yapıyorlar kahvaltıda. Park yeri var ama girişi birazcık dar çok büyük arabalar giriş çıkışta birazcık zorluk yaşayabilir.
Otelin içinden Ürgüp merkeze inen kapı var rahat bir şekilde yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz arabayla girdiğiniz yerden dolaşmaya gerek yok. Hazır Ürgüp merkeze inmişken Ebru sanat evine uğrayıp ipek şal üstüne ebru yapmanızı tavsiye ederim.
Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz ve öneriyoruz

Mutluluk
Otelin konumu, temizliği ve odaların konforu çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve çok tatlı insanlar tarafından servis edilmekte . Her sabah aile evinde uyanmış ve sofraya bekleniyor gibi hissettirdiler :) her türlü soruya cevap veren, gezi planlarken destek olan bir ekiple karşılaşmak bizi çok memnun etti . Kesinlike herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel. Her şey için biz teşekkür ederiz :)
