Otel genel olarak iyiydi.Bence fiyata göre mükemmel diyemem.Cave otel olması ve benim ilk deneyimim olması belki beklentimi verememiş olabilir.Ama otelin kahvaltısı ***et iyiydi.Konumu da bence avantaj.Tavsiye ederim.

El lugar es espectacular, la atención es personalizada y la comida deliciosa y hecha especialmente para ti. un lugar muy recomendable cuando visitas Capadocia. El lugar esta muy limpia, siempre están al pendiente de lo que necesites y siempre te ofrecen mas opciones de actividades en la zona para conocer al máximo.

It was a unique experience staying in a 350 yr old heritage place. It was our first time in a cave hotel. Golden Cave Suites had all the trappings of a modern hotel while keeping up with the old cave look. The owner told us that the walls will keep crumbling a bit because it is made of soft rock. The breakfast spread though limited was fresh and service very good

Kapadokya’ya gidip de kalınacak en iyi otel bence otel personeli çok ilgili her konuda hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltısı, temizliği, sessizliği ile tam kafa dinlemelik bir otel hem de çarşıya da çok yakın…personelin ilgisi kendi evinizi aratmayacaktır çok güzel bir deneyim oldu bizim için.

Odalarda aşırı derecede rutubet var. Kullanılan tekstil ürünleri ucuz olması için defolu olan ürünler tercih edilerek satın alınmış. Odalar çok loş aydınlatmalar yetersiz. İşletme sahibi duyarsız , sabaha kadar köpeklerinin havlamasını ve ulumasını çekiyorsunuz. ( bu arada bende bir hayvan severim ama bencil değilim) Yoldan geçen araçların sesi olduğu gibi odanın içinde yankılanıyor.

We had a terrible experience with the hotel and I would STRONGLY recommend not to visit this hotel.
The reception was arrogant and was not a pleasant experience.
The cave itself was okay but without air conditioner, I would definitely not recommend during summer season. It was very hot (even though the hotel said it is cool in the summer). I asked for a fan. The hotel said “if you think logically the fan won’t help much”. I was just amazed how rude it was by saying that and how arrogant it was to use the word “logical” in that context. The guest was asking for a help (we felt very hot) and the hotel said that…
I would say, throughout my 10 years of traveling experience, this hotel’s service was by far the worst.
