Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky.
The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.
The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special.
Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Kayakapi Premium Caves in Cappadocia is a true gem that offers an extraordinary blend of luxury, history, and authentic charm. Nestled in the heart of Ürgüp, this stunning hotel provides guests with an unforgettable experience by combining modern comforts with the enchanting atmosphere of ancient cave dwellings.

Beautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

A real cave hotel, equipped with five-star hotel equipment, the supplies and facilities are of high standard. The breakfast is also very good, you can eat until 11 o'clock. Chocolate and fruit plate are given when you check in, and there are souvenirs when you check out, which is very thoughtful. However, you may not be used to living in a cave for the first time, it is a bit stuffy, and there are small ants🐜

A very nice and fairy-like hotel with the United Nations Cultural Heritage logo. The rooms are great and the hotel environment is first-class. This is a real cave hotel, so there is no signal in the cave, the WiFi is not stable, and small particles may fall off the wall. But both the service and the room are excellent. You can truly experience the local characteristics and local customs, which is completely different from those dressed up as caves!

The interior decoration is very beautiful. At night, you can see the endless starry sky and the lights of thousands of homes, and overlook the entire city. Because the hotel is within the pick-up and drop-off range for hot air balloon activities and is very close to the take-off point, we can get up at 6:30AM, which is very convenient.

The breakfast is delicious and it's big like a resort. It's good for walking and quiet. However, the location is far from the city center, so the taxi fare is 360 li one way. I can't see the balloon. I saw a bunch of ants in the bathroom a few times.

The real name of this hotel is Kayakapi. It is a relatively quiet and comfortable resort hotel. In winter, the basic room costs about 800 per night.
The hotel is located in a small town called Jurgenp, and only provides a service to send people down the mountain.
It is in a real cave, with good sound insulation and slow network
The disadvantage is that the services in Goreme town are far away from here, and many travel agencies do not provide pick-up and drop-off
You can make an appointment with the hotel, but the price is expensive

I believe this is the best hotel in Cappadocia and I highly recommend you to try it. It is only a ten-minute drive from the town of Goreme and the hotel has convenient parking. The whole hotel was renovated on the basis of the original caves, and the consideration of small details is revealed everywhere. The free breakfast of the hotel is very good, and the hotel also has a free Turkish bath. This time I booked a suite, because it was a 2-person and 2-child trip, it was very suitable for a family. The hotel's restaurant was very delicious, and the key was that the price was reasonable. The room did not feel damp and dark as I worried about, and the bedding was also comfortable. The room also had its own Turkish bath, so you could have a real Turkish bath. The room also came with a free fruit gift basket, which showed that it was very attentive. The night view of the hotel is super beautiful, and the key is that it is quiet. Highly recommended!

It takes about 2800 liras to get from the airport in 1 hour. The front desk said that there is another airport 40 minutes away, which is closer and can be considered.
After checking in at the hotel front desk, I took the room to the mountain. It was really a cave that was renovated and renovated. The room was very homey, with floor heating, a large bathroom, dry and wet separation, and a sweat steaming room haman.
The front desk introduced it very attentively. There was also a welcome letter and historical introduction in the house. It provides a variety of activities and private tour options, as well as a traditional Turkish ottoman spa. The breakfast is very rich, and you can order a la carte on the basis of cheeseboard bread box and bacon. (Due to the off-season, it becomes a la carte, and it seems to be a buffet in the peak season). After checking out, they also offered to help send us to another hotel, and gave us a commemorative coaster with the room number, which was very attentive.
This time, I didn't have time to experience the wine cellar, outdoor swimming pool (because it was winter), and local food 8 tasting menu. I will come again next time.
Moreover, this hotel brought us good luck and let us take a hot air balloon ride. The first three days and the last day were cancelled due to weather reasons.
Recommended again!
