It was the first hotel in our Turkey trip and I absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and decorated in local style, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (our omelettes were made by a nice young man under our eyes). If you're ever in Ürgüp and need somewhere to stay - try hotel Surban!

Camere pulite e cibo ottimo! Il buffet è molto vario e tutto speciale! L’hotel è a 10 minuti da Goreme e in una location da fiaba è da qui è possibile raggiungere tutti i posti top della Cappadocia. Il personale è molto disponibile e il wi fi funziona sempre perfettamente.

Hotel molto carino tutto in pietra a vista e travi di legno situato a Urgup. La stanza un po’ piccola ma molto carina. Il bagno in pietra con una bella doccia è di dimensioni medie. Purtroppo c’era un po’ di polvere dovuta alle travi di legno ed ai tappeti presenti (non ottimali per chi come me è un soggetto allergico!) La sala ristorante si trova nel complesso vicino. La colazione a buffet è varia ed è presente un cuoco che prepara directamente omelette e uova strapazzate: servizio molto gradito! Le cene molto varie con piatti mixati tra Oriente ed Occidente: C’è anche un grande spazio comune dove potersi rilassare. Wifi presente in tutta la struttura che funziona così così!
