Lovely holiday stay at the Tui Blue Victoria Hotel. Very welcoming on arrival glass of Fizz. Spacious bedroom accommodation clean tidy nicely decorated. Balcony to sit out on . The best walk-in shower ever with powerful overhead shower head. Hairdryer in room. Plenty if fresh bathroom towels daily. Room cleaned to a good standard. Easy to use safe and mini bar full including complimentary bottle of Fizz. Tui reps at hand very knowledgeable and good arrival greeting. Being all inclusive restaurant clean tidy. Staff happy and efficient. Food was fantastic. Good choice fir morning breakfast and evening meal . Did not go at lunchtime, girlfriend, and I had a,daily snack ny the pool side. All staff are credit to the hotel. Enjoyed the San Miguel and cocktails. Great pool clean, and there was always a sunlounger available. A, a few minute walk to the beach. With greatcwalks to be had along the coast. Beautiful walks we had. Shoos and buses available as well as hire car facilities just outside tge Hotel. We went on a coypke of excursions and our pick ups and returns tk the hotel were spot on. As were our sirport transferes. I highly recommend trying the excursions on offer by Tui at the hotel . My girlfriend and I enjoyed the hotel being adults only. We needed a chilled relaxing holiday, and we enjoyed every moment. Would we go back again to Tui Blue Victoria yes we would. We dined on pne night on the hotels roof top al la carte meal. It was lovely watching the sunset while celebrating my girlfriends special birthday. The hotel had only been open for 3 weeks of the new season. The entertainment was low-key, but we were told by June it would be much better.

Review of TUI Blue Victoria We recently stayed at the TUI Blue Victoria and overall had a really enjoyable experience, with several highlights and just a few areas that could be improved. Hotel & Cleanliness The hotel itself is immaculate. Public areas are spotless, and the housekeeping staff truly are the unsung heroes of this property. They work incredibly hard, always with a smile, and help maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Their efforts really stood out and made a big difference to our stay. Location The hotel is set in a very peaceful area. While local amenities are limited—a few mini-marts and restaurants—the quiet surroundings made for a relaxing and restful break. If you're looking to switch off and enjoy some downtime, the location is ideal. Beach Access The beach is just a short stroll away, which is a big bonus. It’s easily accessible and perfect for a morning walk or an afternoon swim. Restaurants & Food Poolside Snack Bar: Surprisingly impressive. The quality of food served here was well above what you'd typically expect from a poolside venue. The menu felt thoughtfully put together, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff here were also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and very well organised. Main Restaurant: The team here deserves real praise. They work so hard to keep everything running smoothly and go above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. Initially, we had some concerns about the food temperature, but after speaking with the TUI rep, it was resolved promptly. The overall food offering was good—plenty of variety, quality ingredients, and we especially enjoyed the fresh salad bar. Guest Behaviour & Hotel Policies One downside was the behaviour of a few guests. Some pushed ahead at the buffet or acted quite territorially with sunbeds, which did detract from the otherwise relaxed environment. There are currently no enforced rules around the pool, which led to several guests placing towels on multiple loungers—including daybeds and grassy areas—and then leaving them unused for hours. This made it difficult for others to find a space and could really benefit from clearer hotel policy or staff intervention. More concerning was an incident involving non-guests using the facilities. We met a couple on the local bus who were staying in nearby self-catering apartments, and the next day saw them having breakfast at the hotel, using the pool, and even asking if we would use our all-inclusive wristbands to get them drinks. This is clearly not fair to paying guests. I noticed other guests had also experienced this and reported it via the TUI Blue app. The TUI rep confirmed it’s an issue being actively addressed. Final Thoughts Overall, TUI Blue Victoria is a lovely hotel with standout service from a hardworking and dedicated team. While there are a few areas for improvement—particularly around guest policies and poolside etiquette—the positives far outweigh the negativ

Fantastic 11 nights, end of May 2025. Booked half board and pleasantly surprised at the prices of drinks - overall think it worked out cheaper for us as we were not having lunches as the wonderful breakfasts earlier in the day kept us full. Room very nice on the 3 rd floor in the front but got very hot in the late afternoon - probably go for a rear view next time on the 4th or 5th floor if available. Buffet food excellent and salads amazing. Roof restaurant good but basic choices. Fabulous pool and gardens. Entertainment tame and a little cringe making. Overall , great holiday and we will definitely return.

Not a full 4-star hotel. Amenities in the rooms missing ( body lotion, shower cap). We decided for the half board and the food options very limited and poor quality ( eg. Meat, Vegetables). Location and facilities amazing, very very friendly staff at both reception and restaurants.

This hotel was a change for me, much bigger and more focused on the hotel than I have done before. I booked myself a suite with a pool after a pretty rubbish few months and for me as a water lover it was worth it. Positives: Cleanliness. Shower- so powerful. Activities throughout the day bit not too intrusive and no pressure. They were a great way to speak to people. I enjoyed the water polo match! Drinks and food were reasonable prices if not all inclusive. The staff were pleasant and with having staff around it made it feel 4 stars and safe. Quiet-the hotel inside in the evening was respectful and quiet. No noisy corridors etc. The complimentary sparkling rose was a lovelyvtouch and actually very nice. Negatives. The veggie food was weird and one day there was nothing I'd eat. Ended up with pasta and tomato sauce Some weird choices-houmous at breakfast but not at evening meal, broccoli for breakfast-yes in the vegan section but for breakfast? Sake with tempura veg. That would've been lovely in the evening with some noodles. There seemed to be enough loungers but not quite enough parasols. As a redhead I need a parasol and the way they were spaced out meant the sun lovers next to me had to move! Also I'm not sure what UV protection they offered as I burnt through factor 50! It was a busy hotel and at times felt it. But I'm used to smaller hotels. Suite rooms with pools could use balcony chairs as well as loungers for when wet from the pool. A bit more privacy on the suite terrace might be nice. I know its done for the sea view. Maybe just having a slightly higher or planted section would mean that you weren't looking into everyone else's space when sat down. However, everyone was lovely, and kept themselves to themselves. Would I return. Yes probably. With a suite and pool room. As for me that made it.

We arrived at 10:00 am and our room was ready. Welcome drinks on arrival. Our room was on 4th floor overlooking the trees. Lovely and peaceful, we could hear the birds . The whole hotel is immaculately clean, all the staff are amazing. Beds are extra large and comfy. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels. We stayed half board. Drinks are affordable . Breakfast was plentiful, eggs cooked to order. Evening meal was lovely. Lots of choice. Perhaps too much choice. We ate most nights on the terrace. Roof top area is fantastic, the sun loungers are very comfortable. The pool area is washed every day. Spotlessly clean. The daytime activities are great . The guy is lovely man. Super friendly and happy. I did water aerobics. Swimming pool is clean. The beach and sea are a short walk away. The sea is super clean and turquoise blue. The only negative about the beach is the sand flies. We had a couple of cloudy/rainy days. So walked to Son Bou and the cave walk, caught the bus to Ciutadella, bus stop is right outside hotel. But gets very busy on cloudy days. Ciutadella is well worth a visit. Only 5:20 euros each way. Cash only. We stayed 11 nights and I can honestly say this is one of the best holidays we have had. Very relaxing, chilled vibe. Resort is lovely, clean and safe. If you want a relaxing holiday this is a great area. But if you are looking for nightlife and lots of shops this resort would be quiet for some. Nightly entertainment at the hotel is okay. Some acts are better than others. Everyone was dancing most nights. So great atmosphere. We would definitely come back to this hotel. We would probably hire a car next time. A 5/5 all round from us.

Nothing but praise for the hotel, its location, grounds, food, drinks & staff following a weeks’ stay in May ‘25. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome glass of fizz, following a short 30 min coach transfer from the airport. We arrived slightly earlier than the designated check in time, but that wasn’t an issue as our room as ready. Our room was in the 4th floor, a junior suite with views of the pool deck and sea. Well appointed, spacious with a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room fridge. Food at breakfast & dinner is your usual hotel buffet. Plentiful with a large variety and selection to accommodate all tastes. Lunch time food at the downstairs bar was also very good and reasonably priced. Drinks too - very reasonably priced with varied options available. Service from all members of staff was exceptional. Always friendly, always eager to assist 10/10. We opted to upgrade to all-inclusive upon checkin, but in hindsight, given the very reasonable prices at the hotel, we probably wouldn’t do that again. It’s each to their own - but unless you plan of drinking and/or eating all day long, you’d be hard pushed to make the AI worth it in all honesty. But, for those who do want AI, book it at the desk as opposed to upfront via a travel agent - it’s cheaper that way. 100% recommend without hesitation😎
