Good communication before arrival. Friendly welcome. Really good breakfast. Room was excellent. Plunge pool was refreshing after a day of walking. Es Mercadal in central location for the island. Hotel near centre of town but not noisy. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hotel 250m from large free carpark.

L'accueil de très grande qualité, personnalisé, sympathique, attentionné. Une très belle décoration, soignée, cosy. Une propreté irréprochable, la literie est très confortable, rien ne manquait dans la chambre et une bouteille d'eau est à disposition chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est très bien présenté avec des produits frais délicieux. En rentrant de balade, des mignardises sont offertes chaque jour. Un régal ! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Minorque. Un parking est à 2 pas. De nombreux restaurants variés nous permettent de rester sur place en soirée et de découvrir l'ambiance de Es Mercadal. Nous gardons cette très belle adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Fabuloso! El hotel más limpio que he visitado, precioso, cada detalle cuenta, y muy bien ubicado, aparcamiento gratuito al lado. El personal de diez, implicados en hacer que la estancia sea estupenda. El desayuno más de lo mismo, impecable, abundante, de calidad. Un lujo de hotel!

An excellent hotel in every way. Their attention to detail was noticeable throughout the hotel. Breakfast was superb with high quality produce & beautifully presented. Everywhere was immaculately clean, very comfortable & a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning.

Super sejour
Sejour de 4 nuits avec ma compagne dans l hotel S'antiga qui ete vraiment super. Un accueil top niveau et les personnes de l hotel sont d une gentillesse extraordinaire.
Le cadre intérieur de l hotel est tres jolie et donne envie de se detendre. Si vous passer a minorque et plus précisément a es mercadal je vous recommande vivement d allé dans cette hotel

Hotel muy acogedor y tranquilo donde nuestra estancia ha sido muy confortable. No le falta ningún detalle, decoración de mucha calidad y sobretodo mencionar al personal que ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Muy recomendable, si vuelvo a Menorca sin duda repetiré.
