Overall enjoyed our stay, great location for bars and restaurants. You can walk into Mahón or get a bus very easily. Room a bit on the small side, however bed was super king size and very comfortable. Would suggest sea view room, lots of boats and activity to watch. Roof top bar lovely. Could benefit from some sun shade. Check in was a bit clunky.

Unfortunately we are left very disappointed with our 4 night stay at this hotel. Firstly we had sea side view room it was a car park view with a slight sea view if hung head around balcony. We were next to hotel staff room which was very noisy at all hours of the day. Room was not clean as well as you would expect from a hotel of this rating, damp and musty corridors and grubby showers. We went for bed and breakfast option as like to get out and about during the day. We decided to treat ourselves to all inclusive on last day to relax and make most of the facilities what a mistake that was! Obviously people drink and get merry when on holiday but a young group of people were in jacuzzi area been argumentative and rude. One of the party was so drunk she fell into jacuzzi. They continued to get served alcohol even though staff could see was becoming a problem. What makes it worse is that they were not even guests at hotel. I did report it to duty manager and she said would look a footage and come and speak to us. Nobody did. We work hard for holidays and the fact we paid 79 euros pp to spend last day relaxing. Apparently other guests said it’s not the first time non guests have used sky bar area. The holiday was a disappointment from the start. The upside is the local bars and restaurants are amazing so will return just not to Barceló.

Un 10 para el personal del hotel y lo bien que nos hicieron sentir, un hotel que inspira mucha paz y con unas vistas inmejorables desde el Sky Bar blue. Pudimos disfrutar de un DAY PASS, de todas las instalaciones y fueron muy agradables con nosotros. Un desayuno muy variado y la comida también muy buena en el Restaurante Sa Caseta. Quería hacer una mención especial para algunos de ellos como: Luisa, Nuri, Julián, Albert (Chef), Antonio (Director) y Rafa (F&B). Repetiremos seguro. Gracias

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Leider waren beim Abendessen keine Getränke enthalten. Das kennen wir sonst anders.
