Мы уже второй раз возвращаемся в этот потрясающий отель, и он в очередной раз превзошёл все наши ожидания. Антонио, управляющий, и Лаура, его помощница, обеспечили исключительный сервис и тёплый приём. Вся команда невероятно дружелюбная и всегда готова помочь. В отеле замечательные рестораны, бары, а жемчужина — это Sky Bar на верхнем этаже с захватывающим видом. Мы просто в восторге от этого отеля и на 100% рекомендуем его!

The hotel is outstanding beautiful and clean the views are amazing,! The food is very poor!!!I having to eat out every night as the choice is terrible Wouldn't do all inclusive again here! Nando is very rude he needs to learn customer service! After yesterday me going getting drinks he didn't speak to me just banging my drinks about! Not even speaking to me horrible mam all the other staff was lovely, but him no manners and rude! Still here in room 328 check out this morning 🌄

A very pleasant hotel which is ideal for a quiet holiday, easily within reach of Mahon by regular bus services that are extremely cheap.

My friend and I arrived to a beautiful location. Reception staff were friendly, however, Nando, a member of the bar staff was incredibly rude to us around the upstairs pool area. Dragging cushions off us, which we used to lay on for comfort. His behaviour was unacceptable and he did not care less. Food is very poor, not 4*. There was very little option and no care for the meat and fish being cross contaminated. We were all inclusive, although ate out every day.
